Cet appartement situé au dernier étage, dans un immeuble vieux de près de 400 ans, vient d'être rénové. Vous vous retrouverez dans le quartier Chiado de Lisbonne avec tout son dynamisme et sa vie. À l'intérieur de l'appartement, vous trouverez toutes les commodités d'usage, notamment la climatisation, le chauffage, la télévision par câble, la connexion wifi, la station d'accueil pour iPod pour la musique, une cuisine américaine en deux comptoirs avec lave-vaisselle, machine à laver/sécher, réfrigérateur, cafetière, presse-fruits, grille-pain, bouilloire, four, plaques électriques (2), sèche-cheveux. L'on accède à l'appartement par le 2ème étage du bâtiment; votre première impression sera donc l'escalier avec la verrière zénithale sur le toit (elle offre une nuance électrique qui réduit la lumière pour un meilleur sommeil). Une fois dans la surface habitable « réelle », vous entrerez par la salle à manger et zone de dinnign et la cuisine américaine. La salle de bains en marbre donne sur la porte, juste à côté des plaques électriques et du four, et elle dispose d'une grande cabine de douche. Le salon de l'appartement se trouve au centre de l'appartement entre la « chambre » et la salle à manger. L'appartement est un espace ouvert, mais en même temps, les salles de séjour/à manger, ainsi que la « chambre » et la cuisine sont bien définies. Depuis la chambre à coucher de l'appartement, vous aurez une agréable sensation d'être dans un appartement spacieux. L'on accède à l'appartement Chiado Loft à partir de Largo do Calhariz, où cet appartement se trouve au 3ème étage, mais étant donnée que le bâtiment est situé sur une colline, une fois dans l'appartement, vous vous retrouverez au 4ème ou 5ème étage. L'appartement est conçu pour 4 personnes, avec un lit à deux places, un lit à une place dans le sofa et un lit à une place style futon qui peut être déplacé dans l'appartement. Le tram n° 28 passe juste devant et le métro est à 350m. Le train pour Cascais se trouve à 850m de l'appartement. Si vous appréciez la vie nocturne, vous serez à distance de marche de nombreux bars et rues nocturne (Bairro Alto et Cais do Sodré).
