Truman is such a stellar host! The place is so well stocked and convenient, with all details thought through. I could not ask for a better place for my Yale visit!

The apartment was super clean and spacious! Has everything you need. Walkable to town and in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend Amanda’s place and would 100% stay here again!!

Second time staying at Polita’s place, and it was just as great as the first time! Spacious, clean, plenty of amenities, and very family friendly. We love that she has toys, books, and pack n plays for the kids. Polita is so sweet and friendly, going out of her way to make sure we’re comfortable and enjoy the stay. We’ll certainly be back again!

Joanne greeted us when we arrived - wanted to make sure we were comfortable. She encouraged us to contact her with any questions. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. We are native Long Islanders and this location was central to the family and friends we were visiting.

Second time staying here. Main thing for me has always been cleanliness. Their place is pristine. This will definitely be my go to whenever visiting my family.

Ian é una persona fantastica,ci ha aiutato dal prino giorno e si é sempre reso disponibile con noi. Ho avuto addirittura un emergenza sanitaria e ian é subito arrivato prontamente in soccorso per portarmi in ospedale. La casa è stata confortrevole ai massimi livelli, la parte che mi é piaciuta maggiormente é la sala che sembra un cinema, con impianto subwoofer di ultima generazione. Mi piange il cuore dover lasciare questa casa dopo un mese perché mi sono affezionata a questa cittadina. Spero di poter tornare quest'estate in questa casa da sogno e rimanere in contatto con questa fantastica persona. Dimenticavo, all'occorrenza Ian ti fornirá di tutto il necessario per la biancheria, i prodotti per la pulizia ecc . Un servizio cosi non l'ho mai ricevuto neanche in un hotel 5 stelle. A presto Ian un abbraccio Giorgio e Federica.

We had 2 week stay. The location was perfect….safe, quiet and close to everything we needed. Loved the attention to detail. The king bed was so comfortable we wanted to take it home with us. Our host showered us with goodies that were so appreciated. Our best AirBnB experience ever.

Really loved this airbnb! Would stay again! I love the lay out gives everyone a ton of space and was super clean. Easy 15 minute drive to most places we visited in New Haven. The only things that weren’t an issue for us but to keep in mind was the one bathroom for large groups, that can be challenging. Also, the ceilings are on the lower end for anyone over 6ft, my boyfriend had to watch his head at the doorways. Under 6 you are all good though. Lastly, one of the bedrooms has a bedroom behind it. This was not an issue at all for his but just to note. We did love that the entrance way has doors that you can close, so we actually used that as a sleeping space to have everyone more separated. We were a group of 7 and had a ton of room. All bedrooms are a pretty good size as well.

We recently stayed at Robert’s “Catalina” house and had a wonderful experience. Robert is a great host and made our extended weekend stay so peaceful and simple. The house looked exactly liked the photos and was very clean in person. Robert called the day we arrived to make sure everything was ok and was available for all my questions.

David has a very charming home with everything you need for your stay. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we had planned, and it truly felt like a home away from home. I love staying here and trying to stay here. Every chance I get. Donna is truly a great person and I enjoy my stay every time. She truly makes me feel like Family and makes me feel like there’s a home away from home. I can’t wait till my next stay.

A very comfortable place for a large group to stay. We had 9 and everyone had a comfortable bed with only one couple sharing a massive (california?) king sized bed. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of plates and glassware. (As always with any house rental, if you want to cook, bring your own knives). Huge dining table fit us all with room to spare. Kitchen was plenty big enough for everyone to hang out in while breakfast was being made by 2-3 people. Convenient off street parking. Easy on off to the highway. Very clear instructions on how to get in. This is a large, three storey home that's been nicely touched up and improved. The wood floors are beautifully redone--what look to be original wood floors. The bathrooms are updated, spacious and clean. The place was spotless, uncluttered, and the perfect temperature when we arrived.

I was in Dion’s place with my family we really enjoyed the time we spent there,everything was perfect the pool was something that my kids enjoyed a lot, and hopefully we will come back again, for sure I totally recommend his house if you want to go and have a couple days of fun and relax thank you again Dion.

This an amazing place to stay and close enough for Mystic Valley Hunt Club shows. Great hosts with exceptional amenities. A must book!

John and Cathy are amazing hosts. This was our second consecutive summer stay in their condo and it does not disappoint. The place and the amenities they provide are amazing and they are a wonderful couple who respects your privacy but are there for anything you need. I recommend anyone to stay here and know they would want to return. Thank you John and Cathy for making our second summer with you a fantastic vacation!

We stayed long term at this unit and felt comfortable and at home from day 1. The apartment is large for a 2 bedroom, with two very comfortable bathrooms, two large bedrooms, and a separate living area. Wifi was very good, the building is very quiet, and parking was free and close by. The apartment allows for easy walking to a beautiful city park (Wooster Square), to events and concerts at Yale (mostly free) and to East Rock Park, which has amazing hiking and views of New Haven. The kitchen was well stocked and the apt had a full size washer and dryer that worked very well. The only minor negative would be some road noise from outside, but that's normal in an urban area. But we always felt safe and very comfortable in the neighborhood. Camila was very responsive and addressed a few minor things that came up in our extended stay very promptly. We'd welcome the chance to stay in this unit again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Cliffside for our wedding weekend! Alice was very flexible with us, which we appreciated because getting married is chaotic enough LOL. Would highly recommend staying here. The unit was spotless and had a wonderful view. We could not have asked for a better stay!

Just as described, beautiful waterfront location that’s a 5 minute drive to town and local vineyards. Perfect weekend getaway

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

Had a wonderful stay with my family. Clean, comfortable, great location. Good communication. Had a little trouble with the front door first day but someone was available quickly to help. A+
