This is by far the best airbnb unit I have stayed in. First, the host, Sarah was responsive and gave clear instructions to check in and settle down. The unit is neat, has everything you need to feel at home and it is located about two blocks from the Duquesne Incline where you can view the city of Pittsburgh! The neighborhood is very quiet, safe, and walkable. I will be back again! Please don't think twice about booking.

Anthony’s place was beautiful. Nicely updated and clean. Great location and very walkable. Easy five minute walk to the T station as well as shops and coffee shops. Short drive to many Pittsburgh attractions. Anthony was very responsive when I had a question and got back to me right away. I would definitely recommend his place and hope to stay again!

Larry is absolutely a 5 star host and this location has been lovingly renovated with the guests in mind. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Extremely proactive, willing to go the extra mile to help us by getting a crib for our baby, and plenty of flexibility with our multiple young children in tow. They also had kids toys and books for our kids. Things completely out of their control that others should be aware of: This home appears to be directly in the flight path of planes taking off or landing at the Pittsburgh airport. Recommend a sound machine to help block out the planes' excess noise. This home is maybe 75 years old (so think creaky floors and doors) but has plenty of updates, charm and modern conveniences. Would definitely recommend coming in the summer when the pool is opened!!

Enjoyable weekend and the house suited our needs nicely.

Loved the place! It’s everything the described on the post. However, the area that the Airbnb is on, it’s rundown and unsafe. Although I loved the place itself, I probably wouldn’t stay here again based on location. But again, I should have known going into it.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We wanted to have a classic girls night and that’s exactly what we got! The fall decorations inside were such a lovely touch as well! The kitchen was well equipped with supplies and utensils we needed. The living room was so spacious, the perfect place to sit in a circle on the floor and play games. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool or hot tub but they both looked inviting and clean. I would definitely recommend this spot if you want a quiet weekend away with a couple friends! Katie was very responsive and helpful! The only thing I will say was wrong about the listing is that it listed 5 beds but there were only 3. It was not a problem for us at all as we used the couches too. Just a heads up if you DEFINITELY need more beds. Otherwise the listing was exactly as described and it was such a cute space! :)

I had an incredible experience staying at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The host was extremely responsive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The location was ideal—close to everything I needed, but still quiet and peaceful at night. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like local recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

House was perfect for our group. Very clean and easy to access. Henry was quick to respond to any questions.

Can’t say enough about what a great stay I had—Rita’s house is in a super walkable part of the city, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and other amenities on Liberty and Penn. The deck is perfect for sitting out and stargazing. Rita is a wonderful host, super communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Nicolette was an excellent host! This was our first time booking with AirB&B and she was amazing. Plenty of room for all our guest, clean and comfortable!

We really enjoyed staying at Leah's apartment. It was clean and comfortable (plenty of towels ans linens). Our host was able to accommodate our request of an early check-in and was very responsive. The location is great with easy access to the Interstate. The neighborhood is quiet with a coffee/bagel shop and other restaurants nearby at a walkable distance (1.5 blocks). The apartment is a lower unit, so there are noises from upstairs, but nothing out of the ordinary or disruptive in our experience. Although initially we were concerned about the availability of street parking, it was not an issue for us.

We were in Pittsburgh for the Pirates baseball games. We had a great time staying at the house. The home was really fantastic. The location was excellent. It was very close to Butler Street and other places to eat and drink. The house was very comfortable. The kitchen was really well laid out and the coffee that was provided was a very nice touch. The bedrooms were all very nice and comfortable. The area was very quiet and we slept very well. There is a grocery store within a short walk of the house. Katherine and the other hosts were very responsive and always provided good guidance and instructions. The check-in process and the checkout process are very easy and straightforward. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again for another set of baseball games or to visit the city.

Great townhome in a nice quiet neighborhood. Went with a group of 9 people for a wedding and had plenty of space, we really enjoyed our stay. Location is ideal, ~20 minute walk to the strip district, and a short drive to downtown area. I would definitely stay here again.

Delanie was very flexible and helped us get in early so we could check in before a Pirates game. Very fast with communication and a very good host.

Cozy place to stay - for 1-2 families (4-5 adults), this is good hangout place - especially the back yard is good for hangouts.

Christine was very helpful with providing information about the stay, and went above and beyond in regards to communication. More AirBnB's (and their hosts) should be like this. Very clean. Very comfy. Perfect accommodations.

This place is becoming our new home away from home to visit our adult children in Pittsburgh. Always clean and very convenient location. This is always the first place we check for availability now when we are going to Pittsburgh. Very responsive hosts before, during and after our stays if we have any needs or questions!

Our stay at Jill’s house was very comfortable and clean. Everything was thought of and made available to guests. The house was easy to find and was a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. I would definitely stay again!

What a beautiful place to stay ! If you need somewhere in the Pittsburgh area this is your place to be . Wife and I were on our honeymoon to see a Steelers game . When we got there we were greeted by a very sweet note along with candy and even a terrible towel from Patricia . It was a very nice gesture after a long day of travel . We were also blown away by how spotless this place was . I’ve stayed in a few airbnbs and I usually prefer hotels because they usually don’t live up to the photos and leave me disappointed. This was not the case here , I actually thought the photos didn’t do this place justice on how nice it was ! Super clean and truly felt like home which made our trip relaxing . Location is nice and quiet and only a 20 min drive to downtown which was perfect . I highly recommend this place , worth every penny !

We had a great stay for the weekend and the off street parking was very nice. The walk down to Carson Street wasn't too bad but it is located higher up in the hills. Host does request photos of IDs prior to check-in and no guests over past midnight, which did feel a little weird for us since we haven't experienced that before with a stay. Totally understand the many possible reasons behind that, though we hoped it was a bit more disclosed in the title/description for the property (outside of the house rules which is a bit further down from the main listing info). Otherwise really great quiet location, easy walk to a lot of local spots and had a great stay.

Nice to have two separate spaces, especially in the morning as people got up. Plenty of gathering space for larger groups in the kitchen and living rooms as well.

Great location. It's close to food shopping and the highway but without all the noise. Like others have mentioned, the driveway is a little tight but manageable. If we're in town we will stay again.
