Our guest suite is in a quiet residential area in Balerno; a village at the foot of the scenic Pentland Hills. A beautiful spot for walkers and nature lovers. To visit the city take a 25 minute car drive or the 44 Lothian bus at the end of the road for a 45 min bus ride to Edinburgh City Centre. Complimentary milk, coffee, tea and sugar plus cereal for your first breakfast. Shops, restaurants, bars, cafe & takeaways within a short walk. A parking spot on the drive is available on request.

Little Linton

****Edinburgh council have added a visitor tax as of July 2026 so I will need to increase my nightly fee to account for this! Situated in the peaceful and leafy Colinton Village, we have an annex attached to our house for your stay with your own entrance. We feel it offers country views out to the Pentland hills yet we are easily accessible to the airport and centre of town. We have a double bedroom and small sitting room and private bathroom for your stay. Tea, coffee and toaster provided.

A beautiful apartment, cosy and comfortable situated on first floor of large country house. Lovely views onto parkland with mature trees and extensive garden. The sitting room has large sunny windows facing south and onto gardens at the rear of the house. Guests have full use of immediate garden and also use of our tennis court.
