Hosts were lovely, incluing their sweet dog! Quiet, clean, with all we needed including coffee.

I stayed here visiting family nearby. The place is very clean and set up thoughtfully for guests. I really appreciated that it was already stocked with some coffee and creamers, so I didn't need to go shopping right after arriving. The neighborhood is small but walkable and has two good seafood restaurants a short walk away. Pam provided clear instructions and communication.

Ingrid and Jay were very welcoming - they made us feel like family friends instead of Airbnb guests. The carriage home was charming and decorated nicely. It felt like home for the weekend!

We were in and out but the cleanliness and privacy of the space were beyond expectations. A perfect little resting spot in Arnold!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Glen’s place on Kent Island. The view was stunning. That was my favorite part, just sitting outside having coffee and enjoying that gorgeous water view in peace and tranquility. We started off with a little bit of a hiccup, but I truly appreciated their response and taking care of it quickly. Life isn’t always perfect, but it’s how you respond to those situations that make all the difference. We ultimately had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property to our friends

I can’t say enough about the location It was prefect. Free driveway parking However, we walked everywhere. 2 blocks away from the capital. Walkable to many local restaurants. Such a great neighbourhood and hosts. The bed was very comfortable as was the couch. So peaceful in an urban setting.

It was great for us as a home base for our stay in Maryland. The open plan of the second floor space was actually larger than I had imagined from the on-line photos, and worked well for my wife and me, and our energetic 50lb dog. Set in a mature forest, the tree-top views from the expansive windows are wonderful, a welcome departure from the usual hotel experience. The unusual location of the bathroom takes some getting used to, but was clearly explained by the hosts during the booking process, and we came prepared.

These hosts are the best - kind, friendly without being intrusive, and always ready to help. The property is impeccably maintained and thoughtfully appointed - lovely decor, nice bed and cozy linens, and coffee, tea, and cooking supplies in the kitchen. We are retreat guests, and this was our first visit when the weather was nice enough to sit on the deck of the bedroom. Lovely! You will not regret a stay at the Little Wooded Casita.

Alice's place was ideal. Very clean and comfortable. We were visiting family for a week and the location allowed us to be in easy reach of them. I would highly recommend this very quiet little place to stay. It was very easy and quick to communicate with Alice.

This place was just as advertised. We were visiting friends and family from Silver Spring to Aspen Hill so location couldn't have been better. The inviting touches Binyam added for us as guests were above and beyond. The living room area is small but the outside area was where we wanted to be anyway! It was awesome. The bedrooms and bathroom were just as advertised, and having a washer and dryer was the cherry on top. Highly recommend this spot!

This is hands down my favorite AirBnB and my family are repeat guests - every time we stay here this place just gets better and better! The thing I appreciate the most about this space is that it’s so well balanced - it’s the perfect amount of amenities any guest would need to make their stay comfortable without over cluttering or overwhelming the space. I usually bring my well-behaved dogs who love having a yard fenced in yard to do their business. Parking is never an issue even though it’s street parking and the home is close to Walmart, gas stations, Hmart and lots of food options off Route 40. Also close to everything both historic Catonsville and Ellicott City have to offer. Stacey makes everything so easy - from check in to check out (no checkout instructions so less stress!) and respond very quickly to all messages. We love staying here every time we’re in town and look forward to staying here again!

Love this location. Directly across the street from a beautiful park. Great neighborhood to walk and explore. Convenient to public transportation.

The cottage was spectacular! We were in town for a party and had a very quick turnaround. The cottage was perfect for our needs. Clean, plenty of space, comfy bed, cozy lines. It was the perfect place to rest and recharge from our very jammed packed days. We can't wait to go again and be able to stay longer. Ellen was an amazing host! She communicated well and often, answered questions quickly and was an absolute joy to work with. Thank you so much!

Beautiful place, wish I could have stayed under better personal circumstances as it is a truely wonderful little guest house.

De passage à Washington pour découvrir la ville, nous avons passé 3 nuits dans le logement. Celui-ci est très confortable et très bien aménagé. Nous n'avons pas eu trop de souci dans la localisation. L'appartement en lui-même est très jolie et moderne. Les équipements sont bien présent et fonctionnent parfaitement. La chambre est très spacieuse et le lit confortable, malgré le fait que les rideaux laissent rentrer la lumière du jour. Ce qui est, dans mon cas, un peu perturbant. Mais cela reste un détail personnel. Je recommande donc l'appartement sans souci. Les points à noter négatifs, est d'avoir un wifi assez faible et parfois absent pendant quelques minutes. La climatisation ne semblait pas marcher, même si celle-ci, reste un détail car nous étions le plus souvent en visite en ville. En résumé, pour un séjour tranquille, nous sommes repartis satisfait et heureux d'avoir choisi ce logement. Bonne continuation à vous !

Clean and easy to find - will definitely stay here again!

The apartment and all appointments were lovely. The bed and beddings were excellent and oh so comfortable. The apartment felt very private and the wall of windows looking out on the covered pool surrounded by trees was lovely. Very comfortable sofas and chairs and great light for reading and VERY quiet for sleeping. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Farida!

We enjoyed our stay at The Carriage House. The place was very clean and tidy. Checking in and out was easy and we were grateful to receive a parking pass. Walking to the monuments was quite far, but definitely doable. I definitely recommend staying at The Carriage House if you plan on seeing everything DC has to offer.

We planned an overnight stopover in DC to see family before continuing our trip and Alex's studio unit did the trick. It was close to the family condo, had the amenities we needed, and was a charming little space for the two of us. Given the parking challenges in DC, having the pass for on-street parking was a major plus. Alex was immediately responsive and was very helpful when we had a question. Definitely a place we would stay again the next time we come to DC.

Great place in a great location, well connected to city, restaurants and public transportation

Melinda is a fabulous host and was very responsive. The carriage house is an amazing location, convenient to the metro and plenty of shops and restaurants.
