What a cool spot! I took my family to Annapolis to celebrate my sister’s 60th and we stayed on Kent Island at Nila’s place. The drive here is gorgeous. Thinks scenic with mature trees and headed to the water. The grounds are gorgeous with the golf course meandering throughout. Everyone is friendly driving their golf carts and waving. The house is sick! Think mad men for 2024. Felt like I was staying in an upscale hotel with family, cozy bedrooms upstairs. Plus the second living room. Soooo cool. I did get the projector to work and watched a few dvds with the surround sound. That was pretty cool!! I do Airbnb a lot and I would give this experience a 10/10 on all the things that matter - value, comms, thoughtfulness, cleanliness, location etc. thank you Nila!

We enjoyed our stay. The mattresses were comfortable, easy walk to a metro station, had everything we needed!

Had a Great stay the place was like the pictures/description. A few notes the bathrooms got a little hot/humid when trying to get ready. I wasn’t aware that there was a rental apartment underneath…. Parking for a group with more than two cars is a little tricky but it’s in a city so can’t expect too much, there was a spot in the garage area and a street parking pass for another. A little pricey but I would definitely rent again if budget allows.

We stayed here with a group of 18 and had a great experience! The house was clean, spacious, and comfortably fit everyone. It’s just a short walk to Little Italy restaurants. Highly recommend for large groups. Thank you to the host for a wonderful stay!

We stayed at Karina's place for our son's college graduation and it fit our needs for a larger group perfectly. Super easy to get into the house, and once inside we had tons of space to spread out. Large kitchen & dining area allowed us ample space to make and share a handful of meals at the house. Especially for a group of 8 people, this was a very good value for your money.

The house is very nice, decorated beautifully and has a water view. The backyard was large and had a cool fire pit with hanging chairs and hammock. Loved the hot tub and twinkle lights everywhere. The house was very cleaned and stocked with all of the necessities (and more)! Hosts were very accommodating to our little one with a pack n play, high chair and kids dishes. Highly recommend this property!

I rarely do reviews but this was an exceptional stay therefore I’ll make that exception for this review. We initially tried to use our timeshare for our stay in Bmore, but unfortunately there were no resorts available in Baltimore according to RCI. Whereby, we decided to try an Air bnb. This place made that decision an absolute winner. We were not disappointed in the least, everything seemed so amazing and perfect. Like I mentioned to our lovely host, “if I ever have to come to Baltimore again and require lodging, I know where to go”

One of the best Airbnb's I've stayed in. Lots of nice touches like the disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste if you forgot yours, all shampoo and soap provided, white noise machines in every bedroom, blackout curtains for all bedrooms, lots of cooking supplies. The kids loved the playroom in the basement and the provided crib was really nice as well. The location was really peaceful with ocean views and a nice breeze. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

It was a good location, roomy, comfortable, clean, and much better than a hotel for a group of friends.

Such a lovely, comfortable home. Everything we needed. Loved the location. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and neighbors were friendly. There's a park with walking trails and lake half a mile walk away. The house was perfect. Relaxing. Comfortable beds and bedding. The record player was an added bonus, as were the puzzles and board games for the rainy days. Communication was excellent. Answered any questions quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house, just as pictured - very clean, plenty of towels, beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked with all cooking and cleaning necessities - lovely space and nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking in this area. Hosts were friendly and extremely responsive! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Katie’s place was a wonderful place for a weekend reunion with friends. The house was clean, comfortable and pretty - exactly as advertised and as shown in the pictures. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. The outdoor garden and pool were lovely and had lots of comfortable seating areas. The house was an easy drive to Annapolis for restaurants and shopping but had a great movie watching set up that would be great for a rainy day. Nearby nice grocery store.

This home is really nice! We stayed there because our daughter was getting married at a venue about 5 minutes away from the home. It was perfect! Plenty of space for our family and was great for the bridal party to get ready! Nice open floor plan. The beds a bedrooms were very large with comfortable beds. The home was well equipped. The outdoor area was nice and I’m sure the pool is nice in the summertime. Thank you for sharing your home with us on this very special occasion.

We had a wondferful time with extended family at this beautiful spot where you're surrounded by nature and expansive views from inside and outside the house. The views of the water and sunsets are breathtaking. The house has everything needed to cook family meals and share a comfortable and revitalizing time.

We had a great weekend! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, making check-in and communication smooth from start to finish. The house itself was well-stocked, clean, and thoughtfully organized—perfect for relaxing with a small family group. We especially enjoyed winding down in the cozy living room and falling asleep to a movie after a fun day out. Would absolutely stay here again!

This was a great place for our family of 13 to stay during the weekend of our niece's wedding in Baltimore. The home has plenty of large common areas, dining space, and super comfortable beds - even the queen-size bunk beds on the lower level had high-end mattresses. The kitchen is well-equipped. We had 4 additional family members drop in for dinner on our last night there, and it was no problem preparing food for, and serving, 17 people. Everyone was happy with this choice for our accommodations.

Great home best Air BNB we have stayed in. My family of five and our dog had a great time, plenty of room, partial sunset from the hot tub. Beautiful sunsets right up the road. The community has a beach area and piers for fishing crabbing etc... Lonnie was really great she got right back to us with any questions or needs. Annapolis, Naval Academy were really close, lots of great places to eat, marina's everywhere. DC and Baltimore are a 1/2 hour 45 minutes away. Everyone was very friendly being from NY it took a bit to get used to waving at strangers. Went in April the Hot Tub was awesome have to come back when the pool is open. Great place for a family vacation.

We came to the area for a wedding and had 8 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of room and everything was very clean and welcoming. There was a large table for all of us to fit at and eat together and we especially enjoyed our time in the hot tub. Janean was very quick to respond and gave us great recommendations for dinner. The area was beautiful and we would definitely love to come back some time in the future and stay at the Wildbluesea Retreat!
