The dollar house

Renovated inside and out, no really. This wasn’t lip stick on a pig like my competition, this single family home has new plumbing, electrical, insulation, windows, roof, siding, and more. This well appointed house offers safety, comfort, and convenience. Located on a well-lit street w/ exterior cameras, it's within walking distance to parks, trails, pickleball courts, community pool, and bars and restaurants. A noteworthy perk: charge your electric car in the driveway with our 220v or 110v.

Sunset Cottage Lake House with Private Dock

Get ready for a family getaway or outdoor adventures! You bring the swimsuits, we’ll do the rest! Enjoy a west-facing lake front property with a stunning view, perfect for fishing, water sports and 100% private dock & swimming. Every night you’ll watch the sun set from the oversized deck or from the patio. This house can sleep 10 on Hall Lake in Fairmont, MN ($10 fee added per person above 6 for added cleaning expenses). Have the entire home and dock to yourself for the perfect lake getaway!

Hummingbird Haven

Welcome to your home away from home in Fairmont! This cozy 2-bedroom house (optional 3rd bedroom available for an additional fee) sleeps up to 6 and is just one block from the lake—perfect for peaceful walks, fishing, and stunning sunsets. Enjoy fresh coffee from the nearby café and take in the charm of this friendly small town. Clean, comfortable, and fully stocked for families, couples, or business travelers. Relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Located across from Little Red Cabin.

Moose Haus Lodge

This barn refinished into a rustic cabin will give you the feeling that you are in the middle of the woods while having the convenience of being in town. Located just minutes from downtown Clear Lake, the historic Surf Ballroom, and City Beach, this is the perfect get-away spot! A large upper loft makes this a great option for families with kids or a peaceful adult retreat. Pets are family... so we are pet friendly, but do add a $25 dollar pet fee (per pet) for the duration of your stay.

Cottage on George Lake

Lake George is on the Fairmont Chain of Lakes, which gives you access to all kinds of fun on the water. Swim, fish, water ski, snowmobile, no matter what time of year you will discover your kind of fun. After a day on the water, relax and watch the sunset from the back patio or hit up the near by restaurants for some live music!

Modestly decorated with eclectic treasures. Our guest suite is great for brewery, antique or local sports enthusiasts or a couples weekend or solo adventurers getaway. Coded access gives you the opportunity to come and go at your leisure. Located on the edge of Fairmont we are minutes away from Mayo Health, shopping, bars & a brewery, restaurants, parks, lakes and other great points of interest. *Quiet-End of the Road Suite..our nightly rate includes cleaning service fee.*

Relax and enjoy this unique getaway. Built in 1870s with Italianate architecture this beautiful stately brick house has large French windows and original wood floors The house is a step into history with modern updates to make guests feel right at home. Relax upstairs in a large jacuzzi tub. Enjoy grilling on the front porch area and enjoy the park a block away and downtown just three blocks with eateries and shopping downtown.

City of Lakes Loft

Newly constructed studio apartment above our garage. Calm, cozy and sunny interior in a quiet neighborhood setting. We have only lived in Fairmont a short time and we love it! It has a "Hallmark" town feel. You may meet our Labradoodle in the backyard - she is very friendly and will want to say Hi. We look forward to hosting you in this city of 5 Lakes! Cleaning fee included in the nightly rate.

Baker's Corner is a historic farm 2 miles from downtown Clear Lake and the beach. The acreage sits amidst Iowa farmland but is only minutes from the tourist attractions of Clear Lake and the amenities of Mason City. This quiet, cozy, country home is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We'll welcome you with a loaf of homemade bread and seasonal jam.

The Shady Rest

Welcome to Shady Rest—a cozy one-bedroom cottage just steps from your hosts’ home. Enjoy a king bed, full-size pull-out, country kitchen, spacious bath, and shady yard. Includes Wi-Fi, ,washer/dryer, and free parking. Family-friendly with pack-and-play available. Your hosts are next door if needed, but you’ll have full privacy to relax and enjoy your stay.

Tiny House Living Experience

Experience Tiny House living. Everything you need in 320sq. ft. of open living space with added loft bedroom. The downstairs couch folds out to a double bed. House is centrally located in Algona, eating and libation establishments, theater, post office and parks within walking distance.
