Ace’s place is truly amazing—just a short 200-meter walk from Phaya Thai station, making it super convenient to get to almost anywhere in Bangkok. There’s also a 7-11 nearby. The apartment itself is spacious and airy, with garden views all around. I honestly wanted to stay longer, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Tony’s place was great! The view of the sunset was breathtaking. The pool is so relaxing and has a great view as well

The apartment is beautiful, located on the 25th floor with great views of the city. The pool and common areas were fantastic. Location wide, it is located in the Asok Rama 9 area, close to shopping centers and the new Jidda Fair location, very convenient!! Would recommend!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Es war alles wie auf den Bildern. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hat immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Host lief reibungslos. Vielen Dank!

Apartament położony jest w cichej i spokojnej okolicy, dla mieszkańców budynku dostępna jest silownia oraz baseny, a także wewnętrzne, zielone patio. Bardzo blisko od apartamentu jest centrum handlowe BigC (warto poszukać w nim "baru mlecznego" FoodStory mają promocje na dania w cenie 29 bath, porcje są duże, a jedzenie naprawdę pyszne, w centrum jest też sklep spożywczy). W okolicy jest kilka street barów z pysznym jedzeniem, taxi do centrum kosztuje około 230 bath,, ale w poblizu jest też przystanek autobusowy oraz stacja metra. Czuliśmy się jak u siebie w domu, polecamy z całego serca.

This place is in gated compound, to enter building you must have access card and there is always security stationed outside before the entrance, if they don't go for the round check. There is a designated place for smoking (outside the building), we love the area, the community, the staff around the apartment. As a Muslim traveler to stay long-term in a non muslim country where the minority is muslim, surprisingly halal food is not that hard to find especially this area. There is lots of halal restaurant and night market in ramkhamhaeng, it's a food haven for us and we love the area so much. It's so peaceful at night but bring your mosquito sprays if you want to hang around the canal and the bridge area. if we have any projects or needs coming up around ramkhamhaeng or nearby, we'll surely book this place again.

I really enjoyed the stay at Ace’s place. Great Location, spacious room for my family. The place is just 5min walk to Phayar Thai BTS and airport railway link. So very convenient to travel from Airport. Overall it was a lovely stay !

Nivit is an amazing host and we had a really confortable stay in his spacious appartment. He drove us from our previous appartment in Bangkok to his place and to bring us at the airport after our stay (even if our flight was early in the morning!) He has a big car so it was convenient for us because we had a lot of luggages. He also gave us good suggestions about what to do in the area and even offers us few time to drive us to local food markets. There was free drinking water refilling and even a complimentary snack bar welcoming us!

10/10 location aswell as such a mannerly woman in sue that will help you whenever you need it really do recommend this place to anyone visiting Bangkok Thank you again sue

If you want to live like a local, this is the place. It is a lovely neighbourhood walking distance to the MRT Yellow Line Phawana station. How can I say perfect? Chanya exceeds all expectations and anticipates your needs. The house is well appointed, well equipped and well supplied. You will be happy.

태국 에어비앤비 전혀 문제없습니다!! 가족끼리 온다면 꼭 비앤비 추천합니다! 방음이 조금 안되지만 가족끼리 온다면 충분히 이해할수있습니다. 숙소 주변맛집도 많으니 꼬옥 주변을 들렸으면 좋겠습니다!! J 그자체를 만족하는 숙소입니다

가족여행으로 왔는데 정말 편하고 좋았어요. 근처 집들이 다 조용하고, 깔끔해서 걸어다닐때 부담 없었고요. 근처에 마사지샵도 도보권으로 많아서 잘다녔어요. 티비도 스마트티비라 캐스팅도되고 이불에서 향긋한 냄새가나고, 전체적으로 깔끔하고 향기로웠어요. 침구도 편안해서 잠도 잘 왔고요. 칫솔도주네요~ 걸어서 편의점도 가깝고 다좋아요 약간 아쉬운점이라면 ㅠㅠ 1층2층 화장실 둘 다 수압이 매우 약하고, 화장실 물이 아예안빠져요.. 답답 .. 그리고 근처 음식점 레스토랑이 죄다 중국음식점..!!

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at Max’s amazing place!

ที่พักดีมากค่ะมีความเป็น ส่วนตัว สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน ผ้าปูที่นอนก็สะอาดห้องน้ำสะอาดใกล้เซเว่นเดินทางไปซื้ออาหารทานได้สะดวก ที่นี่มีที่จอดรถและเจ้าของให้คำแนะนำในเรื่องต่างๆดีมากๆค่ะ

We had such a lovely stay with Ed and Tum. The house is beautiful with a wonderful garden and amazing kitchen. We paid for Tum to also cook us dinner and we are so glad we did. She is an incredible cook and it made the whole experience feel even more cosy. We were there with our 10 month old baby and he had the time of his life. The perfect weekend staycation from Bangkok!

It was a great spot and the apartment stood way beyond our expectations. Clean, organised, all appliances needed for a short and comfortable stay. Surprisingly even the minute of details like keeping hand sanitiser, corona swabs test swabs, first aid kits, extra pillows, sufficient tissues, all in all kept for the guests to use! The location is convenient and walkable distance to metro station and they also provide free buggy ride to the station. 7 11 store available all round the clock right inside the apartment complex was a boom. Mini shops, massage parlours all are seen within the complex.

Second stay in the room. As described, very spacious and comfortable. It is only 5 minute walk to MRT Suthisarn. Enjoyed the nearby massage store, delicious food and convenient stores nearby ( 7 eleven, family mart, lotus express etc.) I will come back again :):)

Понравилось жилье, в первую очередь спасибо владельцу, он все приготовил, была вода, кофе, даже новая губка для посуды. Посуды достаточно много, сам комплекс на охраняемой территории с бассейном и тренажерный залом. Удобное местоположение, до метро 3 минуты пешком, в шаговой доступности крупные магазины и 7/11

Overall very worth it

We had a wonderful stay at Jane’s apartment in Bangkok! The place has such a unique and charming style — it instantly felt warm, cosy, and welcoming. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design, and it really added to the overall experience. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Jane was also a great host — responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

คอนโดของคุณ Lalida มีความอบอุ่น เหมือนบ้าน อยู่แล้วมีความสุขมากค่ะ สะอาด มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสบายทุกอย่าง ทีวี 2 เครื่อง ซึ่งทำให้ฉันกับแฟนมีพื้นที่ส่วนตัวเป็นของกันและกัน เหมาะสำหรับครอบครัว คู่รัก ที่ต้องการคอนโดที่มีพื้นที่ขนาดใหญ่ การเดินทางก็สะดวก อยู่ไม่ไกลจากรถไฟฟ้าและห้างเดอะมอลล์บางกะปิ แล้วจะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

Run was an excellent host. The apartment and building itself is a fantastic base if you want to stay in Nonthaburi. Furthermore, the MRT is literally 40-50 metres from the building. From there you can take trains all the way around Bangkok. There are heaps of amenities around like Big C, Tops, gyms and 7/11s. I really liked this place and I would consider living in this building long term.

Jipatha and her team are gems! Since we started booking her properties, they have responded to all our questions and concerns very well and honestly. Whatever we asked her during our stay, she never ignored us but always tried to figure it out for us. Especially during our trip, when we experienced the Earthquake of 2025, they were very kind in providing notifications and caring about our evacuation while Bangkok was in chaos. But her team made us feel at peace, knowing we were not alone! I would gladly support her and her team again if they have more Airbnb properties in the future.
