Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. The property is only accessible by 2 sets of stairs so is unsuitable for individuals with mobility issues. You have private access and the building is fully alarmed

The cottage is grade II listed and has been completely renovated. Inside consists of one double bedroom which sleeps 2, a cosy living/dining room, 1 bathroom with shower, W/C and sink, and a kitchen. Outside has private off-road parking and a raised patio from which you are able to take in the surrounding greenery, as well as the stunning views of Anglesey.

Local attractions include Zip World, Snowdonia, Anglesey beaches and coastal paths, local castles (Caernarfon/Penrhyn), Greenwood Forest Park, Welsh Mountain Zoo, and Pili Palas for family fun.
