Self-contained converted barn

Langmans Bothy is a self contained, converted barn sharing a drive with our home. It is neither attached to, nor visible from our home. It has a bedroom, shower room and loo, a living area which includes a sofa, TV, WiFi internet and a small kitchen area with a kitchen in a cupboard which contains a fridge, two ring hob and sink. There is a separate combi-oven and a small fridge/freezer. There is a south facing terrace with a table and two chairs overlooking our garden. There is no EV charger

With two king sized bedrooms a large living room well equipped kitchen and spacious shower room it has its own private entrance, driveway, enclosed south facing deck and small garden to the side of the property with views This is the perfect getaway for complete privacy whilst being a few minutes away from the beautiful South Hams beaches, and lovely waterside towns of Kingsbridge and Salcombe

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

The raised outside deck makes a great place for relaxing & dining, as the views extend over the countryside to the sea & Hope Cove. The location is ideal for exploring this wonderful stretch of coast.

The living, dining and well equipped kitchen, are all open plan. Perfectly positioned in heart of the Thurlestone, with a pub and shop on hand, Treburrick is within easy walking distance of beaches, coastal walks, a links golf-course and surfing at Bantham. A small dog is accepted when you stay with us.
