Many beautiful small towns to visit including Barolo and Barbaresco.

L'appartamento si trova in una cascina circondata da noccioleti e vigneti, a pochi minuti di auto dalle mete Unesco di Langhe e Monferrato e dai borghi dei grandi vini: Barolo, Barbaresco e Moscato. Romantic old house in Govone, Roero

The house built in 1943 has a splendid view of the Roero hills, with vineyards on one side and the Govone Castle on the other. The house was my family's country house and has been totally preserved with the exception of the two bathrooms and the kitchen which were completely renovated in 2016. In 2022 important works aimed at saving energy were carried out: insulation on the external walls, replacement of windows and shutters, solar panels and heat pump.

Just 7 km from Alba and 20 km from Asti, in a strategic position, entire newly renovated accommodation forming part of the Pinin Bel farmhouse, with a large courtyard and garden. Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.
