Our cozy vacation home is situated in one of the most beautiful campiellos of Grado, a premium location with only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and a supermarket, newsstand and a promenade with many restaurants and bars at a minutes distance. Our home is suitable for couples on a romantic getaway, a family on a well earned vacation, as well as backpacking travelers exploring our marvelous region. You will have the apartment all to yourself, but in case of need we are only a phone call away.

Karst house - apartment is located in the village of Nova vas. Typical karst countryside offers relax and sport activities in the nature, great cycling and hiking routes. Vacation for families and for those who wants to explore nature and history. The location is along the Italian border so you can visit Slovenian and Italian places which are accessible within an hour's drive: Soča river, Lipica, Postojnska and Škocjanska cave, Goriška Brda (wine region), Piran, Sistiana, Trieste, Grado, Venice.

La spiaggia libera e quella attrezzata di sabbia, ideale per i bambini, si trovano a 50 mt. Il supermercato e tutti i servizi si trovano a pochi minuti a piedi. Garage esclusivo al piano -1. L’appartamento, ad eccezione del bagno, non ha porte, ma solo tende divisorie oscuranti.

Welcome to our completely new 4-bedroom villa with a heated swimming pool, al fresco dining area, BBQ, outdoor sauna, and a hot tub. The house also features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining area that can accommodate up to ten guests. Our spacious and luxurious property is located in a serene and scenic area, with over 2000 m2 of plot, making it the perfect vacation home. *pool heating season usually between May and October (depending on the weather).

Total relaxation a few steps away from the centre, the Grado Spa and the Aquatic Park. The ideal place for an experience of luxury and comfort. It has private uncovered parking (2 cars), a beautiful garden consisting of a heated inflatable Jacuzzi with hydromassage (summer only), 2 sun loungers, a sofa and a patio with outdoor dining table.

Trieste is just a 10-minute drive away, one of Italian most beautiful seaside cities.

In un residence denominato "Marina Fiorita" è disponibile un grazioso appartamento al primo piano posto in un luogo tranquillo a 10 minuti dal centro storico di Grado e dalla spiaggia raggiungibile in bicicletta attraverso la pista ciclabile. Facendo parte di un residence godi di molti servizi quali: due piscine (aperte da giugno fino al 10 settembre) per grandi e piccini, campo da tennis e tanto verde!
