Ideal to get to know the city but enjoying an idyllic environment for rest and leisure (level restaurants, paddle club, sports facilities).

Welcome to the Barcelona Beach Home! Enjoy this 3 floors house with rooftop terrace, located in the heart of the city, just 1min walking from the beach. This historical property is one of the few remaining characteristic houses in the vibrant neighborhood of Barceloneta. It's fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and charming. The location is ideal: it's in the city center and close to all public transports. I grew up in Barcelona and I'll be more than happy give you tips or advices.

L'appartement se trouve dans une rue piétonne, à 6 minutes à pied de la plage MarBella. Il est entouré d'un marché, boutiques, restaurants et très bien desservi (L4-Poblenou) et nombreux bus. L'appartement a été entièrement rénové. Il est très spacieux (110 m2). Trois chambres : une grande chambre lit double avec un grand placard, une deuxième chambre double et une troisième chambre avec deux lits simples. Il est équipé pour les longs séjours. Parfait pour les familles (un berceau pour bébé).
