Welcome to our hip studio apartment located on the first floor of our beach bungalow in beautiful Long Beach by the sea. In just a few steps to the ocean, you can enjoy complimentary beach passes (required from Memorial Day to Labor Day). The studio has a private entrance. It is equipped with a Queen-sized bed, couch and smart TV (with Netflix), kitchen with keurig coffee, and updated shower. Residential neighborhood. Close to restaurants, groceries, and boardwalk! This floor is the lower floor of an owner occupied duplex in the landmark district of Greenpoint Brooklyn. You’ll enjoy the exclusive use of a fully private garden-level apartment - complete with its own entrance, full kitchen, bathroom. Only the garden is shared between the guest and owner and our super chilled rescue pooch Daniela. The host will be on premises during your stay on the upper level of the duplex. Because it is a duplex with two entrances, the guests will have total privacy.
