Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located space. Walking distance to several downtown shops and restaurants, and only one mile from the beach, this loft boasts skylights, cedar hot tub and sauna, outdoor shower and full kitchen. If you are traveling through Sandwich, this loft is a must-see. We recommend this space for two people. While you can technically fit 4, it is quite crowded. If you plan to use the hot tub or sauna, please let us know in advance so we can set it up for you.

Slate House - a modern waterfront getaway

Water front on Frost Fish Creek! This recently renovated 3 bedroom (sleeps 9) 2 bath home is tucked off the road in a private oasis with panoramic water front views from almost every room. The bright open floor plan with fireplace, blue slate floors, high open ceilings to second floor, three pairs of sliders that boast nature, water views, fire pit, and screened in lounge and abundant sunlight. Walking distance to a small private dog friendly beach. Driving distance to many great beaches.

Manomet Boathouse Station #31

The Boathouse was a part of the Manomet Coast Guard Station on Manomet Point. When the station was decommissioned and eventually dismantled, the Boathouse was moved and attached to our home as a separate space. Guests will have full and private access to this beautiful and spacious 1,800 square foot home with 11 foot vaulted ceilings and antique southern exposure windows. The open first floor has a living room, kitchen, pool table and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom.

Goodspeed provides a comfortable space with 4 bedrooms, two of which have a private bathroom (3 Queens and 2 Twins). Each bedroom is air-conditioned. The dining room is sunny with enough space for everyone. A TV located on a rolling stand allows for watching outside on the porch or inside. On beautiful days enjoy the backyard complete with seating, a grill, outdoor shower, and hot tub. There are two sides: one side is occupied year-round, the other side is the advertised Goodspeed.
