Ma maison est aménagée de manière moderne et offre de la place pour 4 personnes en max. Une grande place ombragée en fait partie. La durabilité (énergie solaire thermique, photovoltaïque avec stockage) est importante pour moi. Une place de parking directement devant la maison fait également partie de l'offre.

cozy Loft in the heart of Basel

The small loft is in the rear house, on the first floor of my former photo studio. It's super SIMPLE, COZY and CLEAN. Everything is in one room and it has a DOUBLE SIZE bed. There's a walk in shower in the flat and a small toilet. The loft is rather unconventional and for young and "uncomplicated" people. I've "built" this loft during the Corona times by myself for visiting friends and family. It‘s not perfect but everyone loved it so far.
