The old building apartment is located about a 10-minute walk from the SBB train station. It is very quietly situated on a small side street. It has an open kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony with a view of greenery. Sometimes I rent out a room, or the entire apartment so that you can use it all to yourself. The photos show the apartment in Basel. There are shops nearby and a beautiful park close by. The BaslerCard, which includes a free public transport ticket, is included in the price.

The small loft is located in the rear building on the first floor of my former photo studio. It’s simple, cozy, and clean, with everything arranged in one open space featuring a double bed, walk-in shower, and small toilet. The loft has an unconventional character and is best suited for easygoing guests who enjoy creative and unique spaces. I built this loft myself during the Corona years for visiting friends and family. It may not be perfect, but guests have loved it ever since.

Ma maison se trouve dans un quartier résidentiel calme de Bâle (Hirzbrunnen). Tu peux te rendre à Bâle-City en quelques minutes en tram (gratuit) ou à vélo (option). Ma maison est aménagée de manière moderne et offre de la place pour 3 personnes. Une grande place ombragée en fait partie. La durabilité (énergie solaire thermique, photovoltaïque avec stockage) est importante pour moi. Une place de parking directement devant la maison fait également partie de l'offre.
