A gem between Rialto and San Marco

The apartment 'Il Leone e la Rosa' is located right in the heart of Cannaregio, the most ancient district in Venice, close to San Marco Square, Rialto Bridge and Market and well connected to airport and to the lagoon with the islands of Murano and Burano. A comfortable and modern space decorated with taste with a Venice-themed library, this spacious flat overlooks two ancient courtyards. Since 2016 families, couples and groups of friends have stayed with us and experienced Venice like locals.

Perla est situé au deuxième étage d'un palais du 16ème siècle donnant sur un canal traditionnel et à quelques pas de la belle église de Santa Maria des Miracles et à proximité des restaurants et des boutiques. Appropriée pour les couples et les familles qui apprécieront la luminosité, la vue magnifique et la chambre spacieuse  et très romantique. La cuisine est moderne et équipée avec plaques de cuisson à induction, four et micro-ondes. Mon logement est pratique pour le transport publique.

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per il gruppo) e della tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma non troppo ripidi. C'è un servizio di consegna bagagli direttamente in appartamento. C'è un deposito valigie.

L'appartamento (al piano rialzato) ampio e molto luminoso è adatto a famiglie numerose o piccoli gruppi di amici ed è vicino alla fermata di Fondamente Nove - senza ponti! molto comodo all'aeroporto e alle isole di Murano, Burano e Torcello. Campo Santa Maria Nova è a due passi, la Venezia vera.
