With two spacious bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen and a bonus room/sunroom/optional 3rd bedroom, there is plenty of room to spread out. Across the street (300 ft) is Kelley's Pond which is great for kayaking, canoeing and fishing! Come sit by the fire pit or on the deck, cookout and relax!! Firewood is included but bring some kindling!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway just a short walk from three Nantucket Sound beaches. This 300-square-foot studio apartment on the second floor of our home. With a brand new Weber grill, picnic table, and fire pit, there is plenty of outside living. Trotting Park, South Village, and West Dennis Beaches are all walkable. Enjoy food from Sandbar, Swan River Seafood, Chapin's, Cleat & Anchor, & Bandera's Market in the summer. Call off season.

Second level guest apartment with one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, large walk-in closet and living room. Just about everything you need to feel at home. There is A/C in the bedroom and the living area is well vented and has a large ceiling fan. Two golf courses are within 3/4 of a mile, public access beach and boat ramp are within 1 mile. You will also find kayaking, bike trails, walking trails and many other Cape Cod amenities just a short drive away.

There is another cottage on this property that sleeps four if you have other guest wanting to join
