The lifestyle is relaxed and easy in this spacious home, across from the golden sands and abundant surf of Yabbarra Beach. After swimming, the hot outdoor shower is a joy. Enjoy a stroll or cycle along the coastal path to Narooma. 85kms of Narooma MTB trails are nearby. There are cafes, pubs and restaurants to try, plus local markets and more. Whale watching, fishing, golfing, 4X4 and boat trips to Montague Island are all on offer, along with a range of water sports on the nearby lakes.

Fabulous location all year round, a 1-2 minute ocean front walk to Garden Bay, a 5 minute walk to the popular Three66 café plus enjoy all that the south coast has to offer. Watch the whales from the front deck as they migrate north in the cooler months, and south with their calves as it starts to warm up towards summer.

REEF is located directly across the road from Collers Beach and only 800 metres walk along the water's edge to Mollymook Beach. The beach house is the ideal holiday destination to enjoy your seaside escape. With its sunny north-east aspect the beach house is positioned perfectly to take full advantage of the uninterrupted ocean views. Welcome to your lovely four bedroom, three bathroom home "By The River". Your home is located directly on the Shoalhaven River and a 300 metre walk along the sand to Seven Mile Beach. From the living room and terrace you have beautiful views of the river, beach and the Pacific Ocean. There is a rumpus room, lounge room, built in robes, balcony, and fire place so you can really relax. Great pub & Bowling Club in walking distance and great Wineries close by.
