The house is approximately 1,000 sq ft with a newly remodeled kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms. It also a new deck and patio off the laundry room with an eating area and fire pit. The Little Lodge at Polk Bayou

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Completely remodeled historical home originally built shortly after the Civil War. Within walking distance of historical downtown Batesville which has shopping, vintage stores, and lots of places to eat. Charcoal and lighter provided for the outdoor grill, firewood for the open fire pit, and an outdoor hot tub where you can relax and unwind. Master bedroom downstairs.
