The Annexe Ashgrove Cottage Pipehouse Bath BA2 7UJ

A peaceful cottage, light, airy and in the country with plenty of secure parking. Pipehouse is ideal to discover Bath, the Cotswolds, Oxford, Longleat, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Stourhead, Wells and Cheddar. There is charging for Electric cars about 1 mile away at Flourish Farm Shop Farleigh Road Norton St Philip (Just off the A36). My husband is a qualified instructor and offers clay pigeon shooting. There is a 2 night minimum requirement at weekends between 1st May and 2nd January each year.

The Garden Flat, quiet & entirely separate. Bath

The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill but there are regular buses and the hop on and off Sight-Seeing bus stops too. Sit out in the kitchen garden space with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

Spacious flat near park & Crescent

Light, homely flat by Victoria Park, with free off-street parking for one car. The Royal Crescent is 10 mins walk away. The town centre with the Roman Baths and Spa is 20 mins walking distance across the park, or a five minute bus ride along the road below the park. The Priory Hotel Garden Spa is just along the road from the flat, a five minute walk. In total there is a standard double bed and double sofa-bed (with a single futon mattress available if someone prefers to sleep separately).

A chance to stay in a super Georgian terrace, with on-street permit parking from check-in to check-out for one car. This lovely suite of rooms in a Grade II* listed townhouse includes a sitting room (with hospitality area), quiet bedroom and bathroom. Please note there's no kitchen, but there is a fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster for light refreshments. It has its own private entrance and is completely self-contained. Superbly located just a ten minute walk from the centre of Bath.

Private Victorian Courtyard Studio w/wood burner

A cosy, warm and romantic room for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. PLEASE NOTE narrow steps lead down to the private front door, these may not be suitable for people with mobility issues to access. There is a wood burning stove installed. The Bathroom is contemporary in style with an electric shower, sink and toilet. There is a small separate area to make tea and coffee with a fridge, toaster and microwave. If not available check our other apartment.

The Bath Bothy

Charming self-contained garden annex separate from the main house. Based in the pretty village of Claverton and only 3 miles from the historic Spa City of Bath. It is in walking distance from Bath University and American Museum. 'The Bothy', as called by the family, boasts off-street parking, it's own entrance, luxurious double bed, kitchenette, shower room, TV and mezzanine level complete with air beds for children by agreement.

Beautifully converted and decorated self contained luxurious studio accommodation affectionately known as 'The Art Studio' with its own private entrance. Parking permit included in the price and only 7 minutes walk into the city centre. Owned by a local artist therefore the walls are adorned with her work which is also for sale.
