Huge bi-fold doors illuminate this professionally designed space, maintaining a bright and cheerful glow in every room. Filled with the owners original artworks & vintage furniture, this thoughtful space is furnished with everything you need for a peaceful & relaxing stay. We allow up to 2 well behaved small dogs. Please make sure they do not go on the furniture.

Traditional Country Cottage

1 Gloucester Cottages is nestled in the quaint mining village of Stanton Drew in the Chew Valley, Somerset, The village is home of the prehistoric Stanton Drew stone circles, the second largest stone circle in Britain after Avebury. The cottage is great for families and couples, it has a fully equipped kitchen and is furnished through out, a king sized bed and double with all linen included. We have fast wifi, parking and an open working fireplace for those cosy nights in with a bottle of red.

Boutique Country Retreat

Set in the grounds of a Manor House, the recently converted The Stables is a perfect place for families or small groups of up to 6 (or 8 with use of sofa bed - *additional cost pp). Two of the three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Downstairs a large entertaining and dining area leads to the a fully equipped kitchen. A utility room with washer and dryer leads to a shower room. There is a snug with large tv and a selection of games and books. French doors lead to a fabulous outdoor seating area

The bedroom has a double bed but we can also offer a sofa bed in the living room & travel cot (if needed).
