This is a guest suite attached to our home. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood. It’s only a 10 min walk to Baton Rouge Main Public Library and Botanical Gardens. This space is perfect for a maximum of 4 people as it is furnished with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. This Airbnb has a full size refrigerator, a kitchenette that has a microwave, an air fryer, crockpot, coffee maker (NOT keurig), toaster and waffle maker, blender and rice cooker. Cute little Baton Rouge guesthouse just a short drive to mid-city restaurants, shopping, City Park, downtown, and LSU. This space is filled with local art and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The guesthouse is fully detached from the main home on the property and has full use of the driveway with gated parking. There is a small patio area in the back with lights and a picnic table.

Home away from home

Nice quiet spot to relax. Centrally located so just minutes away from downtown and near many stores and restaurants. This neighborhood is patrolled by hospital security. That being said, it is across the street from a hospital so you do hear sirens at times. It’s also an older home. I do my best to take care of it and make sure everything is in great condition for y’all.
