Monty's is self contained, delightfully cosy and comfortable and is set on the ground floor of our beautiful barn conversion (we live above). Your lovely private patio has views across the orchard, pond, pretty gardens and surrounding countryside. The perfect backdrop for al-fresco dining. Located in a small hamlet, yet within easy reach of many local attractions such as stunning beaches, coast paths and Dartmoor. The quaint towns of Kingsbridge, Totnes, Salcombe, and Dartmouth are nearby.

Salcombe 2 Bed House with Parking town 5 min walk

Just a 5 minute downhill walk into town centre, the recently built property, accommodates up to 4 people. Parking for 1 car, 2 on request. A lovely 2 bed house, very well equipped & completed to a high standard. It has contemporary open plan living & 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is king size & the other is open plan onto the landing with 2 singles, ideal for children & teenagers. Short breaks of 2 nights available but 7 nights required in main school holiday. NO PETS. Any questions, please just ask

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. A newly refurbished 1 bedroom apartment with private entrance and parking. Set on a beautiful small-holding with horses, ducks, chickens and dogs, located 3 miles from Bantham Beach and many other beaches. The Studio is perfectly located in the stunning South Hams, a short drive away from nearby towns, such as Salcombe and Kingsbridge with fantastic pubs and restaurants. Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.

Part of an immaculately kept working beef and arable farm, with horses and chickens nearby, the Annex at Hingston Farm is a self contained wing of the principal farmhouse and is incredibly comfortable and cosy. Dog friendly. A minute’s walk from the renowned Oyster Shack and the popular Avon estuary, the sandy beaches of Bigbury, Bantham and Salcombe are nearby.

Guest house in the heart of Kingsbridge. Our old stables have been lovingly converted into a bright cosy space, while still retaining character of the past. Situated just off Fore Street through a quiet alleyway to a tranquil private south facing courtyard garden with private entrance. The perfect location to explore the stunning beaches and wonderful coastal walks of the beautiful South Hams countryside. Walkable to all amenities, restaurants, pubs and the estuary.

Boutique 4 bed beach house with amazing sea views!

A former 17th century pilchard palace, tastefully transformed into a boutique beach house, offering luxurious home comforts, with spectacular sea views. This unique property stands on the beach and is literally in the sea at high tide! Although sleeping 10, we recommend no more than 8 adults plus 2 children. The twin villages of Cawsand and Kingsand are situated on the Rame Peninsula - known as Cornwall’s forgotten corner. Unspoilt, safe and utterly charming.
