Lovely spacious ranch house conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown Saratoga! We are a short drive from Manchester Vt, Lake George, and several ski mountains. Great restaurants, shopping, playgrounds and the public library are all within walking distance. Local historical spots such as the Schuyler house and Battle of Saratoga Monument can also be reached by walking or driving. The house has large rooms and a nice deck and porch to relax on! Our home was built in the 1830's, and the apartment added in the 1950's. The apartment has a throwback feel. We are an easy walk to restaurants, Flynn's funeral home, the school, and churches. We are minutes from the Washington County Fairgrounds. We are 1/2 an hour from the Saratoga race track, 45 minutes to Lake George, 10 minutes from Willard Mt, and an hour from great Vermont skiing! We have a full kitchen, guests say our beds are super comfy, and we have hi-speed cable and Internet!

A great stopping place for enjoying all that the Saratoga, Lake George and beautiful Washington County areas offer. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, the views, the high ceilings, gas fireplace and the location. Enjoy grilling on the deck overlooking the Hudson River. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Bring your bikes and kayaks! This is a quiet country setting yet only a scenic 20 minute drive to either Saratoga Springs or Glens Falls.

Beautiful timber-frame treehouse

The timber frame treehouse is a perfect couples retreat. The home is custom built with hardwood maple trees cut down and milled right on the property. The deck has a barrel sauna, cold or hot cedar soaking tub, a propane fire pit, a wood burning chiminea fire pit, and a bar top for outdoor dinning. The inside has a stone fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, tile shower, projector with dvds, books, board games, chandelier, and dimmable lighting for any mood. This home is truly one of a kind.

Waterfront Vermont Lake House w/ Panoramic Sauna

Waterfront on Lake St. Catherine, with almost 100ft of private lake frontage and a view that's hard to beat. Watch the sunrise from the deck or from inside our new panoramic barrel sauna. Explore the lake by kayak or canoe — both included for guests. Keep an eye out for both bald eagles and loons. There's also a fire pit for evening s'mores — firewood included as well. Great for families — we've got a crib, a bunk room for the kids, and a bookshelf of board games for those rainy days.

Nestled in the hills of Hudson Valley, June Farms is a gorgeous animal sanctuary. During your stay, you will be able to meet our Shire horses, Highland cows, spotted pigs, Nigerian dwarf goats, many chickens and ducks! From June 1 - Labor Day, the bar & restaurant is open most days for you to enjoy (check our calendar to be sure). We look forward to meeting you!

The Garden Cottage

This is a bright and airy carriage house located on the second floor in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks.
