Baveno : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Es waren sehr schöne Ferien in Caslano. Die Unterkunft war top, alles hat gut geklappt und Gastgeberin Julia war sehr freundlich. Ich kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen! Besonders gefallen hat uns die tolle, ruhige Lage mit Aussicht auf See und Berge. Es war picobello sauber und alles Nötige vorhanden, auch ausreichend Platz und Stauraum. Danke sehr!

Hallo! Wir hatten zweieinhalb Tage in dieser herrlichen Unterkunft: ein wunderbarer Blick von der Terrasse über das Städtchen zum See und den Bergen. die Unterkunft ist geräumig und mit zwei Schlafzimmern ideal für Familien. trotz des Regens haben wir uns keine Sekunde gelangweilt. das großzügige umgebende Grundstück mit Palmen und Rasenflächen war ein Kleinod. die Küche war top ausgestattet und lädt zum gemeinsamen Kochen ein. und schließlich ein Badezimmer auf dem neuesten Stand mit Waschmaschine. bitte behandelt diese Unterkunft immer pfleglich und als ob es euer Eigentum wäre, es wäre schade wenn so etwas von Airbnb verschwindet...

Appartement petit mais pratique et bien agencé. Parfait pour 2 personnes. La résidence -privée - est très calme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.Caterina a répondu très rapidement à nos demandes

Die Unterkunft ist zwar klein, aber sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Sie besticht besonders durch den wundervollen Garten und die tolle Lage. Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick über den See und unsere Tochter hatte großen Spaß mit den Spielgeräten, die wir jederzeit mitbenutzen durften. Marco und seine Familie waren sehr freundlich und wahnsinnig gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank, Marco!

Appartamento con arredo moderno, pulito e posizionato a cinque minuti dal centro di Lugano. Dotato di tutto l'essenziale anche per una media-lunga permanenza. Molto utile il posto auto in garage. Musa sempre molto disponibile e cordiale. Se posso dare un consiglio aggiungerei qualche pentola/padella in più in cucina ed una brocca per l'acqua. Nel complesso sicuramente un ottimo alloggio. Ci tornerò volentieri

Fonctionnel et chaleureux ! Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances excellentes, face au lac. La terasse a une très belle vue et l'appartement était incroyablement bien équipé. Après un long trajet, c'est vraiment très agréable d'arriver dans un lieu très propre et avec tout ce dont nous avons besoin ! Nos hôtes ont été très disponibles pour nous et prêts à nous aider, même si mon téléphone n'avait plus de batterie à l'arrivée, ce qui a compliqué les choses pour retrouver l'adresse! L'accueil était vraiment chouette et nous recommandons cette adresse à 100%!

c'était très bien , maison sympa , très bien située, pour des restaurants, ainsi que des balades .

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Daniela. Avec son mari, ce sont des hôtes très accueillants, disponibles et qui aiment communiquer. Leur maison est un bon point de départ pour visiter les environs très touristiques du lac Majeur et retrouver le calme après ces journées bien remplies. Je recommande vivement !

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Es sind viele sehenswerte Städtchen gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in Sessa – ein wunderschöner Ort mit lokalem Dorfleben und perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Region Lugano - Lago Maggiore. Jonas' Haus ist sehr charmant, hat eine authentische Atmosphäre, alles war wie online beschrieben. Die Küche ist sehr gut mit Geräten und Grundzutaten ausgestattet, was den Aufenthalt für Familien sehr angenehm macht. Die Kommunikation mit Jonas war sehr entspannt, er war immer zugänglich und hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir gut ins Haus eingeführt werden. Wir würden Jonas' Haus gerne wieder besuchen und können es wärmstens empfehlen.

Luisella è un host molto gentile e flessibile, abbiamo prenotato il giorno stesso dell'arrivo e ci ha permesso il late checkout. la casa era veramente pulita, è nuova, ha una vetrata stupenda con vista lago, un piccolo giardino. ci siamo trovati benissimo, dovessimo tornare non esiterò di tornare da Luisella. straconsiglio

Veel ruimte: ruime tuin, ruime kamers, leefruimte en eetruimte. Keuken klein maar ok. Alles voorhanden: een BBQ met houtskool, een wasmachine met wasproduct, afwasmiddel, schuursponsjes, handdoeken, … afhaalpizzeria om de hoek. Uitstapjes deden we wel met de auto, owv te warm en geen degelijk voetpad om naar het centrum te gaan, maar parkeren in het centrum is niet duur. En godzijdank airconditioning want het was heet :). Ook veel lekkere restaurantjes en fijne plonsplaatsen in de buurt.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem Haus. Alles wie auf den Bildern , Pool war auch super , Grill war vorhanden , genug Platz zum parken. Andrea war sehr freundlich die Kommunikation war hervorragend und ansonsten sind wir auch sehe zufrieden gewesen .

We have spent about a week in Casa Edera. We were a group with different ages. But everyone was comfortable in this house. The garden is very well kept and having meals in there or in the Rustico can be a very pleasent experience. This place is well equipped for any circumstance. Also in a rainy day, it is pleasent to be inside or have a nice walk in the rain in that quiet area. Priska's suggestions for trips are very helpful. You can easily spend a week by doing different things every day. The area is very quiet. The road beside the house is narrow, but it is not so difficult to get out of the parking lot. Casa Edera can be a very nice place for a family vacation and have very nice memories from it.

Anita’s lovely apartment/home in Lugano was perfection. Located in an idyllic location, we had incredible hiking just outside our door. Her residence is well-appointed, comfortable and our family had everything we needed. Communication was excellent and very thoughtful. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete, saubere Wohnung mit tollem Garten auf der Terrasse. Sehr freundliche, gut zu erreichende, flexible Vermieterin. Fußläufig zum See, der Haltestelle des Linienboots, zu Supermarkt, Fußgängerzone, Restaurants und zum botanischen Garten der Villa Taranto.

The condo is located about ten minutes drive up the mountain from Stresa. For us (family of four; kids ages: 9 and 13), this was the perfect distance. It is more peaceful in Levo and cooler because of the added elevation. The space itself was very practical, comfortable and convenient. The view from the balcony is absolutely spectacular. Michela is a terrific host! She was very easy to communicate with (we speak English) and really helpful and accomodating. She also gave really good restaurant recommendations.

Notre séjour dans la résidence de Francesca s'est très bien passé. Notre appartement sous les toits était très spacieux,et de la terrasse nous avions une très belle vue sur la campagne environnante et le lac Majeur au loin. La propreté était impeccable. Francesca a été une hôtesse très sympathique avec qui la communication a été facile. Elle nous a même proposé un cours de yoga gratuit. C'est une adresse à recommander.

Le séjour avec mes deux grands ados s'est très bien passé. Nous avons pu prendre nos petits-déjeuners et repas sur la terrasse extérieure, dans un environnement calme. C'était très agréable ! Juana a été à la fois discrète et présente quand il le fallait. Je recommande !

We had an amazing stay at this place! The highlight for us was definitely the spacious terrace with a stunning view — exactly as seen on the photos. The villa itself was spotless and incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to unwind and feel at home. Dennis was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, offering us great local tips on restaurants and must-see spots that really enhanced our trip. Another huge plus was his flexibility in checking in early, especially at a very short notice. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic stay 🙌🏽
