Welcome to The Little Mansion of Bayfield, a family owned year-round cottage in the beautiful lakeside village of Bayfield, ON. The Little Mansion is a 3,000 sq ft 4-bedroom+2.5-bathroom cottage sprawling across a half acre of land providing you with a private oasis. This is the perfect cottage for family reunions or group gatherings, with all amenities a short walk away. We invite you to stay in our little slice of paradise that we’ve grown to love and make memories that will last a lifetime!

A cozy cottage near the beach and downtown Bayfield. A hop, skip, and a jump and you'll find yourself walking down the Glass st. beach entrance. A 5 minute walk the other way and you're in beautiful downtown Bayfield, where there are shops, parks, and an amazing variety of restaurants to choose from. *Note: there is a suite in the back where I am often in and out of throughout the year- I’ll be using it and the backyard, but I don't mind sharing! Neither do my 2 pups, Theos and Selwyn!

Hot tub, Arcade & Vinyl! Walk to Beach & Main St.

Come visit the beautiful historic town of Bayfield and stay in our very chic family friendly cottage by the lake, affectionally known as the Sugar Shack. Just a one-min walk to the beach and a short stroll or bike ride to the village square where you can enjoy local shops and restaurants. Cozy up and enjoy family time with some arcade games & vinyl, BBQ on the patio, relax in the plug and play hot tub, watch the kids play on the playset or light the campfire and enjoy the starry nights.

We have designed the space to enjoy outdoor living but with all the indoor comforts for a beautiful nights sleep and a comfortable stay. We've topped it off with a heated pool and a woodfired hot tub for total relaxation. It's Glamping meets the Spa! All while just steps or pedals away from the beach and the downtown square.

Relax in the open and large loft-like upstairs kitchen and living room featuring a large deck overlooking a picturesque field and your own private beach. Perfect location for family or group getaways in every season to relax, hit the beach, walk, ski - either on the property or nearby trails!

This is truly a unique find in Grand Bend. Located on Main street, our penthouse loft is steps away from everything this vacation destination has to offer including the beach and best dining in town. The vaulted ceilings, fireplace, heated floors, ensuite bathroom and comfy king-sized beds make this listing a year round gem. It's a chef's dream with commercial-grade gas stove, vent and fridges. There's also parking for 3 cars and a level 2 EV charger on the premises!

Located in Bluewater Beach - 5 minutes south of Goderich. We are surrounded by nature & bodies of water making it the perfect location for adventure & relaxation! For our beach lovers, we are centrally located near Bayfield and Grand Bend - both of which boast stunning sunsets and beaches. Local wineries/breweries + restaurants await your arrival. During the colder months, cozy up by the fire (inside or out), read a book, play board games or hit the hiking trails!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Come and get recharged as you enjoy the peace and tranquility of the beach and lake view. The full kitchen is well stocked. With a mid size fridge and 24” stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and more. Bunk beds with a trundle for the children make vacations fun.
