Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille dans ce logement très agréable et très bien aménagé. Très bien situé, à quelques pas de la mer et proche de la vieille ville, à voir absolument. La gare est située à quelques minutes de l’appartement ainsi que des magasins et restaurants. Hastings est une très jolie ville, parfaite pour visiter la région!

Zed's appartment is a true gem on St Leonards' beach front. It's a very spacious, clean and attractive space with a great (sea) view and a perfect location for visiting the vibrant towns or St Leonards and Hastings. Amenities were great, the bed was just perfect and everything was crisp and clean. Would stay here again next time!

Great place, beautiful decoration clean throughout and felt right at home. Sarah left us a welcome bottle of Prosecco and breakfast for the morning plenty of condiments butter, jams etc. However my only slight reservation are the pictures of the air b&b I thought we would be on the sea front. Instead it is a short yet simple walk down to the beach.

A very clean apartment in a great location, spacious and homely. Lovely touch to have treats, a bed and bowls for our dog, much appreciated. Delicious treats for us too 😊Close to many lovely places to eat and drink and the beach. Super comfy bed and luxurious toiletries. A real Gem.

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb for the weekend. The place was comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Perfect location with the beach less than 5 minutes away local shops less than 10 minutes away, and the town centre around 15 minutes away, once you park up you don't need to use your car. Peaceful with everything you need. A lovely garden, with a wooden cabin to use.

Marge is an absolute haven. A beautifully equipped house, seconds from the beach for icy sea dips, great Kemptown brunch spots and an easy walk into Brighton for all the fun of the Laines. We brought our baby and Rich and Charlie could not have been more helpful (lovely cot and highchair). The house is so thoughtfully laid out and even some complimentary champagne to celebrate our anniversary. It felt so quiet and a real retreat from the pace of the city centre. The house is stunning- the hosts equally excellent. Thank you!

Nice little camper trailer house. Thin walls and small...but that's part of the package. We enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the beach. Near Eastbourne. Five minutes to LIDL. The heat was a little wonky. But our host was very helpful and provided excellent communication. Loud neighbors partying late the first night but quiet our second night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

absolutely perfect. Justina was super responsive and able to answer all questions, including be able to allow for an early bag drop off. place was gorgeous, well cleaned, well presented and perfectly located as well to be able to use hilton services if needed. would definitely recommend and can only thank Justina again for letting us to stay!

This is a fantastic setting. It has a view I could never tire of, with huge skies and fantastic sunsets. We had lambs just on the other side of the small waterway just outside the deck, which was a bonus! There were lots of different birds and wildlife to see without leaving home. The beach is just a short walk away and there are many places of interest to visit which are a short drive away, including Winchelsea Village, which is beautiful Rye and Dungeness. The place itself is brilliant value. It's clean and comfortable and everything you need. I wish we could stay longer and can't wait to be back. Sara was a great host and came back very quickly to answer queries.

Great place, right at the beach, place very clean and tidy with all you need. Lisa was very helpful and explained all we needed. Would recommend for a nice break out of the city.

Dolly’s Delight was an absolute treat. We very kick enjoyed our stay there. Superb accommodation, with luxurious bedding, 2 good showers, very well equipped and with a view of the sea. By night the stars shone brightly. The Bay is a lovely quiet park but with the benefit of the facilities at the main park 1 mile up the road. We ate at The Boathouse one evening and the food was very good with some good choices for children. We’ll definitely be booking again. Thanks Jenny.

This was our fourth time at Jane's home. We always have a brilliant time and this was no exception. We love the little quirky features of the house, the location right on the beach and always feel very comfortable and at home. Thanks Jane - I'm sure we'll be back again!

This was our second time staying at this house. The house really is so well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden was perfect to enjoy the lovely weather. The location is wonderful, close to many great restaurants and facilities. I’m sure we will be back when we are next in the area. Karen was a great host.

We've been doing self-catering for decades and this is now top of our list. Our welcome package was a generous and thoughtful assortment of seasonal goodies, catering for both adults and little ones. We didn't venture far from the house as the children were more than happy with the beach at the front and the large back garden; the icing on the cake was hearing the toot toot of the little steam train and running to the end of the garden to wave as it chugged past. Jo was so flexible with arrival and departure times. That extra couple of hours on the final day meant we could end our holiday with a lie-in and a leisurely family breakfast, rather than the usual frantic rush. The house is tastefully furnished and well stocked with children's toys. It's very dog -friendly too, with treats, blankets and a safe garden for a runaround. I would highly recommend the Beach House.

The Airbnb was amazing probably the best airbnb we have stayed at and we have stayed at many ! From the moment we stepped out of the car and walked down into the garden saw the amazing view ,then the accommodation, we knew we had found a special place . It was clean, bright and so peaceful inside , there is nothing to want for ! The welcome hamper was lovely and very thoughtful ! Carla and her husband are lovely, nothing is too much trouble for them , they are there if you need them otherwise it’s your to enjoy ! Would definitely book again if it is available If I could give it more than a 5 I would !

Beautiful house which opens up right onto the beach. The outside area is great and the view from the house are amazing. Really nice house inside as well.
