The location is perfect; peaceful countryside but only 18 minutes from Bath with a bus at the end of the road. Take stunning walks from the doorstep, walk to the local pub or visit many NT properties and Cotswold towns.

Heavenly Box Hill Barn

Located on a large farm, relax at this beautifully converted barn whilst enjoying the magnificent sweeping views across the countryside. This is a truly special place to get away from it all. Perfect for friends getaways and families, this spacious barn has two generous seating areas that lead out onto an outdoor seating area. Enjoy a barbecue for dinner followed by some stargazing around the fire pit. In winter, underfloor heating and log burner will keep you cosy. The views are all year round!

Jeannie's Cottage

Nestled between historic Lacock and Georgian Bath, Jeannie's Cottage is located on Church Walk close to Melksham's town centre. This pretty street is one of Melksham's hidden gems, regularly winning prizes in ‘Melksham in Bloom’ contests. It is steeped in history and part of the town's conservation area. Dating from the late 18th Century, Jeannie's Cottage is Grade II listed and affords two storeys, two bedroom accommodation and has the benefit of an enclosed rear walled courtyard garden.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Self-Contained Garden Annex in rural Gastard

A stylish self-contained annex, next to our house, on a quiet lane in Gastard, a rural hamlet 2 miles from Corsham. The Flat at Axfords Patch offers modern and self contained accommodation. It is 13 minutes walk to the National Trust village of Lacock. The property is next door to the well known Whitehall Garden Centre, famous for its Christmas displays. There are two cafes available at Whitehall and there are a further 3 pubs with dining in Lacock. Plenty to explore nearby whether on foot with one of the many local walking routes or by car (e.g. Bath, Longleat, Castle Combe).
