The cottage offers a newly 2023 renovated kitchen with numerous appliances and plenty of dishes, utensils, pots/pans, etc. The living room has a sofa, chaise lounge, large Smart TV for streaming, Wi-Fi, and hardwood floors. The dining room table sits 6. The front porch swing and rocking chairs are perfect for enjoying breezy evenings and quiet mornings. And there’s a hot/cold outdoor shower!

This lovely apartment is located 3 miles from historic Beaufort. Established in 1713, Beaufort is the fourth oldest town in North Carolina. Stroll streets steeped in maritime history, quaint shops and great restaurants. Take a ferry ride to Carrot Island or Shackleford banks to view the wild horses or visit the beautiful beaches of the Crystal Coast. Beau Retreat is a new construction, 6oo sq ft with its own entrance, parking, ac/heating unit, TV, fridge, microwave and toaster oven.

Public access & walking distance to the Sound, ample parking, excellent restaurants nearby, plentiful shopping, and more! A short drive away is Beaufort, a historic town with much to do! We live @ 2000 Arendell across 20th St. So we’re available to serve your needs!

Pet friendly and centrally located within the town of Beaufort, this rental space is one of a kind! Bike or walk to shops, restaurants and attractions downtown. We provide the bikes! Beaufort has many special tours, historic sites , events, and fun things to do! After a busy day , relax on the top deck where the view is spectacular with sightings of wild ponies and egrets.
