The unit features a very large eat-in kitchen, very large living room w/TV & large sectional sofa including an attached chaise lounge, bedroom w/queen bed, your own washer & dryer, your own private driveway, private backyard and private patio with gas grill, all exclusive to unit, and WiFi. Small pets allowed. $250 fee/pet for short term.

Please note that our houseboat is located at a private dock that we also use for our Bowfishing charters, which may create some activity until 1:30 AM. We appreciate your understanding.
