A short two block walk to the river access, and 4 blocks to the boat dock access and pavillion. As close as you can get to the Shell Cracker Plant. This is a space that feels like home and is easy to relax.

STUDIO APARTMENT on lower level of house. If you desire a cozy space with a convenient 1 block walk to Sewickley Village, this is your best choice. Easy walk to everything: grocery store, restaurants, sports bar, pharmacy, shops, library, YMCA. You have the entire space to yourself. This is a LARGE 1 ROOM studio apartment in my home. Total privacy and separate entrance. The two beds are: 1 Queen bed and 1 sofa that can be used as a full size bed. NOTE: you may hear foot traffic above.

Easy access to all the area has to offer, 20 minutes to Geneva College, and the Beaver County Aviation school. Within 10 minutes to Penn State Beaver Campus, and the Community College of Beaver. Its a short drive to downtown Pittsburgh and it’s many attractions, including the Steelers, Pirates and Penguin stadiums.
