Suite has a mini kitchen, dining area, queen bed, bunk beds, & cozy seating area with TV all in one space. Easy check-in, close parking, private entrance and patio, chickens, and (shared) fenced yard with trampoline.

Our whole house water filter system provides glorious chlorine free water for drinking & showering. It's quiet here. A great place to relax. The Last Minute Cottage is a cozy recently updated STAND ALONE studio in a converted 1940's garage! It is conveniently located 4 blocks from popular Haywood Road and all the West Asheville shops, restaurants, and bars it has to offer. Looking to get outside? The French Broad River, Carrier Park, and the Greenway are only 1/2 mile away. Easy access to float or stroll the river! The cottage is also conveniently located only 2 miles from downtown and just 1 mile from the River Arts District.

We are two miles from the Grove Park Inn and four miles from the Biltmore house. The space is appropriate for two adults or one adult and one child.
