Nestled in the Southwest Hills of Portland this lovely apartment provides a sanctuary away from the bustle of the city, yet is minutes from all that downtown Portland has to offer! 900 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment taking up the entire first floor of a three floor home and has a completely private garden entrance. Furnished with mix modern furniture and classic modern appointments. Art, all original, includes paintings, photographs, sculptures, and folk art collected from around the world. Flat screen Smart TV with surround sound, cable TV, and access to Netflix and other streaming platforms as well as Pandora. Wi-Fi available throughout apartment. Living room includes wood burning fireplace and desk/dining table. Bedrooms connected by a wide passageway with sliding doors making each space a private bedroom room, or if left open, a sitting room off the master bedroom . Queen sized bed in master, and a full sized futon couch with an innerspring mattress in the second bedroom. Bathroom newly remodeled, double sinks and a wonderful large shower with two shower heads. All linens and bedding new. There is large deck off the living room with SW exposure that x over looks a private wooded area perfect for relaxing or dining. (Bird watchers will have a field day…binoculars and guide book for your enjoyment!) BBQ available on owner’s deck above. Newly renovated apartment in the heart of the desirable Highland Hills Neighborhood. A quick 15 minute drive down Murray Blvd to Nike. Easy access to highway 217 & 26. Our apartment has one king sized bed and one twin size daybed in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. CableTV, Wifi, a small kitchenette, bath and 2-zone climate control. Please note kitchenette has a small 2 burner induction cooktop and is more suited to warming up leftovers than preparing a full dinner.

Also enjoy the expansive lawn area from the gas fireplace on the covered patio. **An additional queen bed is available in our Ford Conversion van for $60 a night**.

I have eliminated my cleaning fee for 1-2 night stays because I understand the frustration of so many fees, and short stays tend to need less cleaning time. The apartment is clean and cozy with a private entrance located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment shares a common wall with the main house with doors that separate the space and remained locked. It offers a stocked kitchen, cable tv, dvd player and wifi with a comfortable seating area for reading by the fireplace or watching tv. The bathroom is spacious with an extra large shower. The bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and dresser. Driveway and street parking available.

Beaver Den Guest Wing: 2BRs, Den, Kitchenette, 1BA

Hosts are inclusive and welcome families. The Wing is in a safe and quiet neighborhood with 2 spacious bedrooms (ea. 11' x 17'), comfy den, kitchenette, and bathroom with combo tub & shower. Abundant light, balconies, and patio. 8 exterior steps to enter home through hosts' kitchen (we live on-site), then 9 steps up to private apartment with locking door. Digital pad self-check-in. WIFI mesh network. Secure off-street parking. EV plug-in. Single dog considered with recurring $25/month fee.

West Side Portland Home

This is a refurbished daylight basement apartment, with a separate entrance, and free parking. We are in a quiet neighborhood in West Slope, with easy access to the freeway into downtown Portland (5 miles), or the highway into Beaverton (2 miles). We are also close to Forest Park where the zoo, Washington Park, hiking trails, Pittock Mansion, and other outdoor activities are located. We are not far from restaurants, bars, movies, shopping, etc. (The rental does not have a stovetop or oven.)
