Cocketts Holiday Cottage - a delightful 16th century pink country cottage tucked away on a quiet lane in the heart of rural Suffolk. The Office - self contained studio in Framlingham

We’ve converted our home office and ex-teenage den into an airy, spacious studio (48sqm) providing contemporary living, sleeping and even working space in a self-contained outbuilding in the garden of our cottage. A peaceful rural location overlooking the market town of Framlingham, the Office is a 15 minute walk (3 mins drive) into the town, with its castle, church, pubs, cafes, boutiques and twice weekly market. It is an ideal base for visiting Framlingham and the Suffolk coast 25mins away.

We began the conversion work in 1995. The property sits in 5.5 acres of garden, surrounded by farmland. We are 5 miles north of the historic town of Framlingham & 16 miles from Suffolk's Heritage Coast. It's a peaceful, tranquil, relaxing, quiet getaway. The Nook

The Nook is a cosy self contained accommodation with Kingsize bed, En-Suite shower room and Kitchenette with double Air-Fryer, Toaster, full size Larder fridge and Microwave-Grill oven. The parking is private to enable you to come and go as you please. There are beautiful views across the fields to meadows with horses grazing. From the property there is direct access to a Public Footpath, from here you can walk for miles in almost every direction. Debenham village is about a mile away.
