Single room available to rent in a cosy, friendly and clean house in Leyton, East London. Location The house is in a quiet, residential area ideally located for visiting all parts of London and beyond. It is 5 minutes walk to Leyton tube station which is on the Central line with easy, direct access to Central London. 2 minutes to Stratford, the Olympic Park & Westfield shopping Centre, 10 minutes to the City and 20 minutes to the West End. 2 minutes walk to local bus services including night buses on Leyton High Road. Good links to all London airports including Stansted, London City, Heathrow & Gatwick and all major London Train stations are easily accessible by tube. Also excellent road links serving all parts of the UK. Local Amenities The local area has a variety of good restaurants, friendly pubs, supermarkets and shopping facilities. There are good local sports facilities in the area, these include a swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, golf range, ice skating and horse riding centre. There is a local park 2 minutes walk away and Epping Forest is close by. Accommodation The private room which is situated upstairs at the back of the house is light, airy and nicely decorated. It is fully carpeted, the furniture is in good condition and consists of a single bed, wardrobe, drawers and dressing table. Fresh towels and Bed linen are provided and changed on a weekly basis or when required. All other facilities are communal and available for guests to use. (The maximum number of people staying in the house at any one time is four including myself.) These include: Bathroom - on the same floor as the private room; it is fully tiled, with hand basin, toilet, bath and shower. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor of the house. Kitchen – This is on the ground floor and has a hob, oven, grill, and microwave and there is a breakfast bar to sit at if required. There is a washer/dryer also available for use. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided for guests to use and there is ample cupboard and fridge space available. Living and Dining area – Also on the ground floor it is comfortably furnished with wooden flooring. There are 2 leather sofas, dining table and chairs, desk space, computer and wi fi access if you need it. There is a 46" HD TV, all Sky and cable channels available, TiVo box, DVD, blu-ray player and radio/CD player. There is also a small back garden and on-street parking is available on request. Other Info English breakfast, packed lunches and supper can be provided at a small extra charge. Continental Breakfast, tea, coffee and soft drinks are included in the price. There is also a twin bedded room available for rent in the same house so ideal for a family of 3 or 3 friends sharing who want to spend time in London in good quality accommodation at a reasonable rate. Charming and Cosy Cottage in Hitchin Town Centre

This cottage is situated on a beautiful Street with Georgian and Elizabethan houses in the quaint village of Hitchin. The house has a high end kitchen and bathrooms, with cosy living areas and bedrooms. Your stay can be filled with cooking, games, reading from the expansive book shelves, watching movies from the projector and sipping wine in front of the open fire, there will be plenty of wood left for your long weekend or week. If you want to leave the house the town is 1 minute walk.

Spacious Georgian Terrace House hosted by Lynn

Ideal place to stay if you are visiting or working in the area. There are good transport links on my doorstep. Euston, London is only a 30mins train journey away and Milton Keynes, with all its attractions, 20mins. Other places to visit are Bletchley Park, Stowe, Claydon House, Luton Hoo and Woburn Abbey and Safari Park. A 10min walk will take you into the centre of Leighton Buzzard or out into the countryside. There is a nice walk along the canal to visit local pubs and restaurants.

On the first floor, it is a quiet room with views over the garden and its own key for privacy. Located close to one of the most picturesque streets in Cambridge (Mill Road) and at walking distance from the train station and the city centre. You will have access to the kitchen for tea or coffee. You’ll love the comfy bed and the perfect location within the city. My place is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers who want to visit and experience Cambridge.

Lovely bright double garden room in Victorian home

Our lovely Victorian terraced house has an eat-in kitchen, family bathroom, downstairs toilet & two living rooms (one is reserved for guests' exclusive use after 7pm), plus garden with patio. The room is a large, garden-facing double with a very comfortable mattress. Guests share the communal spaces with myself, my husband and our three young sons (aged 18 months, 4 and 7). We try our best to keep the noise down but please be aware that this is a busy family home!

Very well-communicated location. 3 tube stations, train and overground, 2 buses at the door and more 3 min. walk. Quiet main road, but 5 min walk to all the facilities and Wembley Stadium and Wembley Arena. Shops and restaurants are everywhere within a short walk.

Well located, with the High Street in walking distance and public transport to Shenfield & Brentwood Station. By car the A12, A127 & M25 on your doorstep! And we are not as close to London as it looks like on the map. We are 25min walk from Brentwood station and 45min walk from Shenfield Station. Train fares in/out of London are quite expensive (£20+) and you will spend on average 60min one way.
