A short walk or cycle from from the beautiful South Downs National Park, Chichester Harbour and the picturesque fishing village of Emsworth with its local shops, pubs and restaurants. On the train route to London and within easy reach of the Historic Dockyard at Portsmouth, Chichester with its festival theatre and Goodwood Race track, as well as sandy beaches at The Witterings.

Thatchways' Nook is the self-contained, luxurious annexe of a 17th Century thatched cottage, with its own secluded garden. Situated 2 miles from the pretty, historic town of Emsworth, it's a short walk to the seafront and the beautiful Chichester harbour, known for its unspoilt coastal landscape and a haven for local wildlife. The area is perfect for walking, boating, cycling and sightseeing. Chichester, Portsmouth, and Goodwood are nearby as well as the award winning beaches of West Witterings.

'Bedknobs' is a detached self-contained property in our back garden comprising of a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, kitchen, & lounge/diner. The property has underfloor heating, WIFI, Sky television inc. movies, DVD player, fridge/frzr, electric oven, gas hob, coffee m/c and washing m/c. Positioned in a pretty back garden with access via it’s own entrance. Off road parking for 1 vehicle. Situated in Waterlooville with shops and takeaway’s within easy walking distance.

The Folly

Easy access to the Hampshire country side close to Rowlandscastle village. Within easy reach of the coast lots of local walks. Next door to Staunton country park 18 mins from Hayling Island and 25 mins from Goodwood, Portsmouth and Southsea . 10 mins from South downs national park. Sleep in a comfortable American queen size bed. Outside sitting area overlooking a large field which usually has sheep and or cows plus the occasional deer. Plenty of local places to eat ask for recommendations.

Self contained Annex, suitable for short or long stay close to Waterlooville town centre and 2 minutes from A3 routes to London, Guildford and Southampton. Local area consists of shops, restaurants, supermarket and pub all within a short walk. The Annex is self contained with TV, WiFi, Netflix, powerful shower and all necessities for a relaxing stay such as tea, coffee, milk, and a continental breakfast if required. The Annexe

Enjoy a cosy stay in our stylish Annexe. Main room is a spacious bedroom with kingsize bed. There's also private shower room and separate kitchen. Enjoy exclusive use of the space, as the annexe has its own entrance separate from the main house, dedicated driveway parking and an EV charging point. We are nestled opposite a picturesque horse field with views of the South Downs National Park. We are happy to cater for any type of stay and are happy to add an air bed for children if needed.

No 2 Vellum Court is a conversion of an historic Victorian warehouse, set in a quiet development a short walk from the centre of Havant. Perfect for exploring the historic Portsmouth dockyards, Isle of Wight, Paultons Theme Park, Emsworth, Chichester and even London which is just over an hour away on the train. After all that exploring you'll be ready to try out the local pubs and cafes or just sit back and relax in the large open plan living space while planning your next days adventure!

This is my small one bed house which is ideal for exploring SE Hampshire & W Sussex. The new king size bed, lounge, kitchen & bathroom provide an ideal base, located in a quiet suburban location. There is excellent access to the A3M & A27, so Portsmouth, Petersfield, Chichester and the South Downs lie within easy reach. I have a nice garden and car bay for my visitors and include broadband and gas central heating which I hope will make your visit relaxing, convenient and enjoyable.
