The property has been fully renovated to include two new bathrooms (one accessible) and a new kitchen. The open plan sitting room and dining area is filled with light, and overlooks the good sized garden and to the fields beyond. There are two bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and high level WC. There are no steps inside the house.

Our refurbished ground floor apartment has been annexed from our characterful 19th century terrace home. This is the perfect choice for a seaside holiday in the popular North Norfolk coastal town of Sheringham. The apartment is in a spectacular seafront location and is situated on the first floor with bay windows at the front overlooking the sea. Both bedrooms have zip and link superking beds which can be arranged as two standard size (3 ft/90cm) single beds if required. The main bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there is also a second bathroom (small 4ft 6in/140cm bath with shower over).

You can follow the brook across the road for a pleasant 10-15 minute walk, which will take you to the town centre and sea front.

Its location is very convenient being close to Norwich, Norfolk Broads & only a few miles away from the popular coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham with stunning beaches. The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.
