Kingsdale Recreation and Riordan Hall facilities are less than 1.5 miles away with miniature golf, tennis courts, playground, basketball court, shuffle board, horse shoes, fitness center, and a seasonal swimming pool.

Our cozy home gives you the choice to be in action: biking, hiking + exploring the local coffee culture/restaurants or to relax: listen to nature or read a book on the couch/outside. Full kitchen for cooking. Bike storage is in the backyard shed (we provide the key). Smart TV has Netflix only but you can log into your other accounts. No basic cable. *absolutely NO pets; we are allergic. NO smoking/parties on property please. This is our zen house.

The Treehouse Bungalow was personally renovated and designed by your hosts, Steve and M over the last year. All of the spaces are brand new and exude comfort & peace. From the cozy living room with electric fire place to the spacious deck facing the woods. You will find several, separate areas to make your own. Welcome to our updated 2 bedroom/2 bath retreat in Bella Vista. Our retreat has a beautiful back deck and private hot tub for you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the natural setting! The property also backs up to the Tunnel Vision trail and allows you to bike in/out. We are only 5 mins from the Little Sugar and Back Forty trailheads. All eight of Bella Vista’s golf courses nearby. We are just 15 minutes from everything Bentonville has to offer.
