Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

Situato in un edificio storico del 1600, dove abbiamo cercato di mantenere alcuni elementi antichi, come i pavimenti e le decorazioni da soffitto. Completamente arredato, con camera da letto, bagno e cucina per adattarsi alle esigenze di ogni viaggiatore. Dispone inoltre di un balcone esterno fronte lago, per poter passare piacevoli momenti di relax con il panorama naturale che la nostra bellissima cittadina offre.

L'appartement se situe dans une position de choix, dans le calme et le silence, au cœur de Pescallo avec une vue directe sur la baie et le petit port. Les clients bénéficient d'un service de blanchisserie complet gratuit. L'appartement est au premier étage et a une superficie de 90 m2. Il y a une grande pelouse verte avec des parasols et des chaises longues. Un parking extérieur est disponible gratuitement toutefois si vous le demandez à l'avance un parking couvert est également disponible.

Composto da ingresso, soggiorno, cucina abitabile, camera e bagno, si trova a pochi metri dai locali, alberghi e ristoranti che animano il lungolago di Tremezzo: uno dei punti più suggestivi della Greenway del Lago di Como.
