Lakeview apartment in the centre of Bellagio

Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

"Casa Aliade" is located in an wonderful position overlooking the lake. It is a small gem in which you will enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and the mountains at all times. Within walking distance you will have many attractions: from the famous Orrido (natural gorge created 15 million years ago), to lake navigation to reach Bellagio, Varenna and Menaggio in a few minutes, to the "Viandante" path that runs parallel to "THAT BRANCH OF LAKE COMO" of which Manzoni spoke in the Promessi Sposi.

L’appartamento è situato al terzo piano di un edificio storico (non c’è ascensore). Lovely apartment, recently renovated, located in the historic center of Bellano, a few steps from the Lake. Ideal for couples, close to many services such as ferry, restaurants and shops.Parking nearby. The apartment is located on the third floor of a historic building (there is no elevator).
