Our group cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was absolutley magical and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. The hosts were exceptionally kind, responsive, and helpful , providing great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a base to explore the area, this place is perfect.

Great time at wobbly boot estate a great place to kick back and unwind plenty of space to keep the kids busy and the pool was amazing , Kaylee was a helpful host and the description was perfect 10/10 would recommend 👍🏼

We had an extremely comfortable and memorable stay at AJ’s property. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home—everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The space was private, peaceful, and beautifully surrounded by nature, offering the perfect escape from the hustle of daily life. Although it rained for two days straight and the front lawn got a bit soggy and muddy (which meant our puppy needed a few extra baths), that's just part of the charm of being close to nature—it always keeps you on your toes! It didn't dampen our spirits one bit. Taking AJ’s recommendation, we visited the Buffalo Farm Cafe and were so glad we did—their wildfire pizza was absolutely delicious, and we ended up having a great time chatting and laughing with some genuinely lovely people. Overall, AJ’s place gave us exactly what we were looking for: relaxation, comfort, and a little adventure. We’ll definitely be back!

Lovely house and views, and very peaceful. Only a short drive to the great little town of Bellingen and incredible rivers for swimming at the Promised Land. We were greeted by two black cockatoos and farewelled by two wallabies. Very special. Jo and Rod were excellent hosts and very helpful.

We stayed at Gary and Sharon’s place for two months while working in Coffs Harbour and it was perfect! Everything was spotless with brand new appliances including a blender and coffee machine etc. It’s probably the best view we’ve ever experienced and we loved watching the sun rise over the ocean. The beach is a few minutes walk away and there’s a petrol station with lots of supplies at the entrance. Gary and Sharon were very responsive and helpful and let us check in early. We are so thankful that we got to stay in this special place and we hope to be back someday!

Everything was exactly as described. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Location was great as we could walk to the beach and food options as well. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time staying here… the amenities were great and the property looks exactly like the pictures. It’s only a short walk to the local beach and everything we needed was within a 15 min drive away. The hosts were amazing and responded quickly with any questions we had.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Very clean and beautiful sounds of nature all around. There’s a flowing river right next to the property that creates a peaceful ambience. A home away from home. We however did stuff our booking up with showing up at the incorrect time; but Jarred was very understanding of the mix up. 10/10 host and place to stay.

Awesome location and even better than we expected. It was a lovely spot to stay. Petrina also had a fresh load of bread and other snacks including chocolates ready for us. It was really clean and had all the amenities we needed. Thank you for an awesome stay. We really enjoyed our time here.
