Our 95 acre property boasts spectacular views of the Glasshouse Mountains and abuts the Bellthorpe National Park. Just a short 20 minute drive to Maleny, Beerwah and Woodford. The studio touts exposed wooden trusses, contemporary furnishings, polished cement flooring, fully serviced kitchen, modern bathroom and a wood fired heater (firewood provided).

Located midway between the towns of Maleny and Kenilworth, guests are spoilt for choice - exploring all the local towns have to offer, immerse yourself in the regions spectacular natural hotspots, or stay in and relax reading a good book. Your cottage is private and includes air-conditioning, wifi and streaming services for your comfort and pleasure.

629 Balmoral Ridge

A private new home, built amongst 35acres of lush bush, with panoramic views out to the coast. The house has 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds which can be converted to a king bed if needed. There is a fully self contained kitchen, laundry with washing and drying facilities. On the large deck is an outdoor kitchen and ample seating and a dining area. In the main room are very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater leather lounges set in front of a large TV and fireplace.

Situated in Conondale, around 13 kilometres North-West of the Maleny Township, Down at The Dale is a private, luxury-farm escape for couples. The cabins look out over the Conondale ranges towards Kenilworth. Belltree Ridge is an absolute treasure in a stunning location. It is an extremely unique hand crafted homestead built from reclaimed and local timber. It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . We also have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wi-fi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.

Kookaburra Cottage - Unplug and Unwind

The cottage is a modern 2 bedroom cabin with all the modern amenities including a well equiped kitchen, 2 large bedrooms with luxury bedding, modern bathroom, comfortable lounge room with AC. Outside is a large wrap around deck with direct access from both bedrooms, large table for entertaining, BBQ and a bar table which is the perfect position to sit with a morning coffee. There is also a large fire pit that you are free to use and cook on.
