It is about 2 km from Louis Leipoldt Mediclinic, Melomed and close to Tygerberg Hospital. Guests will also have easy access to the N1 and it’s 25 minutes’ drive to Cape Town International Airport, Waterfront and beautiful wine farms – a perfect base for a business or leisure trip to this area.

The Suites are located centrally in Cape Town in the quiet, residential, upper lanes of Boston, Bellville. Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.

There's also rainwater storage, filtered and piped to the house in the event of municipal water supply issues.
