This recently renovated, rustic modern condo is in the heart of Sunriver Village. It’s truly a retreat being an end unit, offering great views and ample privacy. Leave everything at home, this condo comes equipped with all things needed to enjoy your stay! There are 2 sleds and bikes of various sizes to go cruise the miles of paved bike paths, right outside the door.

Beautiful Condo in SR Village

Cozy, updated condo located steps from the Sunriver Village. Walk out the front door and you'll find fresh coffee, pastries, beer, groceries, ice skating or mini golf (depending on the season), and everything else the village has to offer! The walking/bike trail is behind the home, which leads you all around Sunriver, including to lodge, Nature Center, Fort Rock Park, Stables, Marina, or SHARC (a pool/hot tub), which is also only a 2 minute drive. As of June 2025 we also have new AC and heat!

- This unique and friendly spot boasts a convenient location to Central Oregon's famous outdoor activities. The space is only a 26 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor, the beginning of the scenic Cascade Lakes Highway, and a short walk to The Village at Sunriver. Community pool, hot tub, and laundry are on site and accessible. Wifi and Netflix logins are provided to all guests. The hot tub is open year round. The pool typically opens on Memorial Day weekend snd typically closes sometime in September.

This 2nd floor studio condo is great for small families ....with 1 queen bed and 1 new queen sofa bed (perfect for 2 adults and 2 children). SHARC passes are included for your summer fun! The kitchenette is small, but well equipped!The patio has a gas barbecue and dining area for those beautiful Sunriver nights!! The floor to ceiling fireplace adds to the cabin like decor!

Riverfront Condo or Downtown Bend? How about both!

This beautiful riverside top floor condo can sleep up to six people, has two full bathrooms and a full kitchen with cookware. There is a queen bed in the private bedroom. In the main living area, you have a queen bed and a pull out couch, two tvs and fireplace. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy the Deschutes River! This unit is also pet friendly! There is a pet fee of $55.95/pet, requested after booking. Maximum of 2 pets allowed. Also enjoy our indoor pool and hot tub, open daily!
