The Stables - Tunstead Cottages Enjoy the peace of the Norfolk countryside. Our rural, dog friendly cottage on the outskirts of Tunstead. Close to the Norfolk Broads and the coast, yet only 30 minutes from the city of Norwich. The Stables is on an old farm on the outskirts of Tunstead village. In a peaceful part of rural Norfolk with views of the big Norfolk skies, farmland and fruit fields. Cottages have a pool but its on private hire and booking is separate also has a shared games room.

Briggate House Barn is set in a charming hamlet, just a few minutes from Worstead. Situated close to the coast, Norfolk Broads and with direct access to great walks, cycle routes and bird watching. Well equipped kitchen, dining room and a bright & airy living room - a fantastic space whatever the season; curl up by the fire or open the enormous barn doors to the sunshine. Damson Cottage takes it’s name from the Damson trees growing around it, which are laden with fruit in late summer. It’s a calm relaxing place to be with lots of natural light streaming in. This peaceful spot is amazing! Often you can only hear the birds and maybe a tractor somewhere far off in the distance…

Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Crossing Retreat is a timber clad modern barn which has been renovated to give guests a taste of the countryside with a quirky twist. The large bi-folding doors along one side of the Retreat allow guests to open up their living space to the outdoors, perfect for those warm evenings. In the cooler months it provides a great source of light, enabling guests to take in the surrounding fields which provide lovely views. The projector and pool table are super additions to keep you entertained.

The Cosy Cart Shed

The Cosy Cart Shed is a perfect retreat for couples or friends looking for relaxation in the Norfolk countryside. Located in the village of Buxton, in an off-road setting on a picturesque working farm. The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.
