Just a short drive to Laurel Caverns, Falling Water and Ohiopyle. There is plenty of firewood on site for campfires. The long driveway is dirt and gravel and rough and you have to ford a small stream. You don’t need a 4 wheel drive but you do need a vehicle with clearance. Pickup or SUV recommended.

Seneca Place is a historic home. Our guests have the best of both worlds: a private full residence with attentive and available hosts (right next door). Please note that we charge by guest for requests over two, so please enter the correct number of guests to fully understand your costs. This neighborhood is very quiet with little to no traffic and the hosts are ten feet away. There is a covered side patio with an outdoor sofa as well as a connecting back patio with a fire pit.

We have a fully stocked kitchen. The two car garage has been turned into a game room with ping pong, air hockey, darts and basketball. There is also a Helix Lateral exercise machine. Outside there is a patio set, grill, a fire pit with seating and lots of wildlife, especially deer and turkey!

The Scenic Lodge has 700sf of decking with breathtaking views.  The spacious great room is perfect for a quiet getaway or family reunion. The chef’s kitchen has a 48” Zline gas stove, double oven, cast iron cookware and anything you need.  There is a gas grill for your use. The downstairs gameroom has something to entertain all ages.  The base rate is for up to 6 people. There are additional fees calculated in the reservation for additional guests up to the max 13 guests.

The listing is for 6 people but able to host up to 15 guests but there will be an additional $30 per person after the first 6 guests. In addition, it's only 25 minute drive to downtown Pittsburgh.
