An upstairs apartment with the view of Crystal Lake and year around activities. Close to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Crystal Mountain, Traverse City, Frankfort, Lake Michigan, Point Betsie and amazing food. The beach has 2 Paddle Boards, 1 kayak, and 1 clear kayak so you can see what is going on in the Crystal Clear lake. All free to use. We live on the Betsie Valley bike trail and have bikes available to use for free. We are 20 minutes feom Crystal Mountain for snowboarders and Skiers. We have snow shoes to borrow for winter beauty on the frozen Crystal lake. Perfect for families, couples or a group of friends. Our only rule is to ENJOY the beauty of Northern Michigan!

The loft is an inspiring mix of modern and midcentury. The open floor plan (680sqf) and a lot of windows keep the light in during the day. Our deck will be a nice place for dinner or relaxing. No lake acces.

Location is off the beaten path so you can enjoy the nearby attractions and come home to peace and quiet. If you want to be in with the crowds this is not the right choice for you. We are only 7 miles to downtown Frankfort and all that entails. Beaches are within a mile or so depending on your preference. Lots of things to do here with kayaks available and lakefront dock for a nice evening sit.

Walk across the street to Crystal Lake, wander two blocks to downtown for a meal or hang out back by the creek and listen for frogs by campfire light.
