Award winning architecture in a National Park

Wakeham is a minimalist house in a classical shell. It won the Country Life 'House of the Year' award. It is in the middle of our farm, with woods, valleys & a river, and stunning views of the South Downs. Its pool (closed from 10 Nov to 14 April) is 12ft deep and has 3m and 1m springboards . In winter there remain log fires, a tennis court, a brilliant sandpit, and access to lots of country walks. Great for short stays but also as a base for a few months for house-hunting newcomers. Pitlands Barns

Pitlands Barns is divided into three separate units, The Granary, the Stables and the Cart Shed. Ideal for families and friends wanting to spend time together, the Granary is the most spacious, sleeping 6 in 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 14 people for dining and socialising in the large entrance hall and first floor open plan area with a viewing gallery. The Cart Shed also has a very spacious living area and kitchen. The Stables is the smallest of the three but still offers ample space for 4.

The Pool House (for 2 Adults & 2 Children)

This unique, Architect designed self contained building, has a style all of its own. With an open plan kitchenette and island unit, including an oven, microwave, hob and fridge freezer, you can dine in or go out to the Market Town of Petersfield. The lounge area has a 72" TV with a full sky package and spare HDMI leads. There is a walk in shower wet room and a separate cloakroom. The bedroom is cosy, with a king size bed. There is a separate area with bunkbeds, for smaller children.
