In the hospitality world, this is called a “layover”— a comfortable, one person spot to rest your head and a clean, hot shower. Located between 2 other Airbnbs on the same property, so you will likely see other guests coming and going, but the space is completely private.

Welcome to my Cozy studio with a New King bed and a 1 bath studio only 10 min from downtown Greenville. This home is Duplex home (which means 2 homes side by side) But each home is its own unit. The only shared space is the back entry way/mud room, where you will find a washer /dryer unit. This home is right around the corner from a shopping plaza that offers good food and fun shopping. We are less than a mile from the swamp rabbit trail! Furman University is also 2.9 miles away.
